I tried baking with Nesquik chocolate drinking powder using the usual cake method adding a dash of orange zest. My son kept cruising between his room and the kitchen. Baked 4 and steamed 2. Both results were nice but the steamed ones were the winners for they kept a good dense flavor and texture.😅 Remember steaming takes a longer time.. 50 minutes unlike dry heat which usually gets cupcakes done in 20 max.

It has got to be moist but think of it like chiffon cake. Would ve better if you beat egg whites alone and added it to Milo and yolks mix that you’d have better mixed in a bowl set over hot water to warm it up. This way Milo would dissolve better. I haven’t tried it abd speaking from knowledge nothing more. If you will, you may add a bit warm milk and a bit of oil or butter in there since those two produce moist cakes.
