everyone has vibrato in their voice naturally if people sing correctly unless using a hammer vibrato technique, some people may have tighter or loser vibrato than others, most people train their voice to only sing straight tone to sound mainstream, vibrato is not difficult

Is there nothing this woman can't sing and truly make it her own? I mean, this is an old Conway Twitty ballad that was probably was recorded before 80% (higher?) of the fans in her audience were even born! But. like everything else she does, she sings it with passion and power. . .Fiona Forever!
That moment at 5:11 looks insane!! In a super cool, screen-shot way. I mean... She has no head and the upright player looks demented. lol. Oh! But other than that... I love this woman's soul. I hope she puts out several more albums in the coming years. She is my favorite poet.
Watching all these live versions of her singing this song, and I am about her age and was a huge fan back in the day. There's one version where she turns the whole thing into a happy though, yes, it's only make believe, and it's the blues, but it makes me happy for some reason.
Don't think so, Fiona needs in some way to be here and now, her style is too raw and quirky for those times, even if it was a very creative time. I imagine her maybe playing with Tim buckley, but look at him, he was understimated for the same reasons as Fiona is and would have been, too honest for the most of ears. Im happy and proud to know that she owns our years, this era needs her to bright as a decent time.
Diehard fan! In 2012, I was pissed at everyone who commented on how thin she was at the time. I guess I didn’t see then how scary thin she was! But she’s not now, so it’s good. And as for this cover, I think Conway Twiitty is somewhere smiling
Instead of commenting on this amazing performance, you comment on her appearance. Maybe that's what the problem was... No wonder Britney shaved her head.
@@timothyp7300 oh please. It was a big concern at the time. Of course she’s a great performer. If you’ve ever had someone in your life with an eating disorder, you’d understand what I meant. I’ve been a fan for 25 years
Forgive me but, yall see her giving an amazing performance, I see a talented addict on stage. Yes, it takes one to know one. I've lived that life. She reminds me of beth hart on stage before she got sober.
If you’ve never seen her live, add that to your bucket list
A must! She’s like a storm brewing onstage. She’s the absolute best. I love her
Added! And this here is spectacular.
I wish she'd sing live but also want her safe and happy mentally but ya oh man I'd be a happy soul
...she has an amazing subtle vibrato to her vocal delivery....very controlled...and not easy...
Uhhh subtle? Lol

Fiona is a genius, but was born 30 years too late.
In the 60's the Beatles,Dylan and Brian Wilson would have worshipped her.

Agreed. Greatest singer of her generation.
No way she needs to be here now.
She’s too free/empowered now, to have existed in shittier times would have made her a completely different person/artist.
i loooooooove how she sings this one
So sweet. She's is so awesome. Her music is so special and real. Thanks peace and joy.8888
I really wish she’d record this beautiful rendition, but it’s only make believe 💔
Yeah..She is pure 60,s soul... Hauntingly beautiful intense...
She's so beautiful.
SHE'S AMAZING

Just love you FA, rolled up on this ..ur a GD certified freak woman. I so admire u.. appreciate you to the utmost degree
This is a Conway Twitty song, you know. Written by Conway himself. That fact makes this tune that much better.
YOU SEEM TO BELIEVEVIN THIS SONG!
Fiona does an incredible version of this song! Go girl!
maravillosa
Love you
Conway Twitty would be proud of her!
iyeesssssssssss mwahhh

#FEELIT!!!!!
Fucking mind blowing.
❤
She really loses herself in the music, and I love her commitment.
I LIKE MUCH YOUR VERSION! AND I DO JOT SEE A DECADENT SHOW!
No tengo adjetivos, sin palabras!
#YouRock! Yes it is Fiona, The Truth of The Matter IS only make believe #dang
Great, suffering. She.
And we. Watching and listening spellbound.
Everybody 's sick!
FA LA LA Land -good stuff
wow
+KaliskaLncy
Wow indeed.
what did she say in the beginning?
I'm pale up here. Warmth and mittens to California
"...otherwiseijustmightfaintandidon'tneedanymoremalnutritionnewsoranythinglikethat..." "...ohiloveyoutoo-iloveallofyou..." :)
I think she did a great job on this remake, but I like across the universe remake a little more...
..when I thought I had cancer at my 31 ... I behaved ... much worst ....
wow is that sara bareilles...what if they did a duet?
Too many annoying people "wooah"ing throughout.
Brilliant otherwise.
how can you not? ;)
Que manera de cargarse y destrozar una joya de canción.
Fiona has a boyfriend! He's gay!
Forgive me but, yall see her giving an amazing performance, I see a talented addict on stage. Yes, it takes one to know one. I've lived that life. She reminds me of beth hart on stage before she got sober.
She's tripping on the song, as she always does.
u were right, she was a coke addict around this time
Great singer, but there are a load of tossers in the audience.
ANNOYING AUDIENCE >.
Annoying audience, but how would you respond to this performance if you were there??
annoying audience..no respect whatsoever.
What did they do that was annoying? In America we scream and applaud when we love what we hear
That's what i call a very bad cover of a great song ( Sorry but )
Fiona needs to eat a sammich.
Terrible version of a great 50's song...
Evelyn Price agree!
Always hated this song: melodramatic and one-dimensional. Not in Fiona's hands.
The original is one thing. Fiona's originality creates a whole other level of song.
That caused you are one tone deaf, little bitch..goes too the numnuts that agree with you to..
@@tats5880 Let's be nice in Fiona's house :)
what an annoying audience! Fiona should be listened to in religious silence
