Love Slade, especially during the early to mid 1970's. But Done Me Wrong Alright is awesome. This song had Andy Scott's best lead solo -- and this BBC version included here has a different solo and it's just as good. So cool to hear this. All of it. Some of the Slade tracks I hadn't heard before, and I have all of their albums from the first one to Slade in Flame (and the one after that, the one with Nobody's Fools on it). US versions/LP issues, of course, except the first one (Play It Loud) was only available here on import. Jim Lea is a master on the EB-3. Half the time I was listening to Slade's music I was listening to Jim Lea, and I'm not a bassist, really. Just a rhythm & slide guitarist. But that bass!
