It's also pretty backwards that the risks arent taken in financing a billion dollar skyscraper. They are endured by the people who work for places like the security companies, police precincts, these corporate narrative news stations, and also the families of the people who work nearby that make enough to barely live close enough to downtown to keep all the money in LA County from flowing up into the hills, or Texas, for good.
