I'd like to give more details that worked for me: - Speaker seems dead - If you are getting 24v at the transformer but only 3.3v if you measure 2 pins at the main switch (not in the video) then SMD capacitors for LEDs might be dead (3 tiny capacitors near each controllers, C200, C201, C202 they are parallel connected as shown in the video) - Check each capacitors each terminal for a short circuit: switch to buzzer in the multimeter and put one probe on the orange rings near the screws and the other on each side of the capacitors (not in the video). Only one side of the capacitors should buzz, if you are getting buzz at the both of the terminals of each capacitors then it is the dead one. You can search for "bad SMD capacitor test" for more detailed videos. - Remove it and it works again. You shouldn't remove all three.
This is a solution for when your marshall speaker is not turning on at all. It has nothing to do with the bleutooth sadly. In the video you see it's not turning on, but later he also does not find the bleutooth connection.

Tried factory reset ? Hold down "source" and "play" a few seconds until it starts. Solved my issue with bluetooth connection problems.
My Stanmore II just light up the three “Source” LEDs. Could these same capacitors be causing the issue?
I measured 3.3v out of each of those capacitors on my board.
