The braces come with an easy to follow manual and are great for senior dogs or dogs who have arthritis or muscle soreness.
Back in 2018 x-rays showed that Ace was starting to develop arthritis in his knees and later required a TPLO surgery on one of them. He has since been on joint supplements, however, they do not provide the same benefits as the heat therapy braces.
We typically use the braces on high heat (red setting - 118.4°F) after a long walk or swimming, when he is often showing signs of lameness in one of his back legs. The heat therapy session relieves his joint pain and makes him relaxed and sleepy 🥱 Sometimes we will use the braces before a long walk to increase blood circulation and warm up his joints and muscles. I have yet to observe lameness after a session. We purchased 3 battery packs so that we can use all our braces at 1 time.@ aceandthecrew
