You don't use a face, you morph the face like how i shown in the video. It will come out exactly the same. You can also change complexion/facial hair/hair to how you want and it will be fine.
This was made in normal edit of a player outside pro clubs, but there are similar short hairstyles you can find. Try out whatever you like and what suits the character.
