I was thinking same thing. I dont understand why they wouldnt want a higher quality product?? I get the tradition part of it and they have been doing it like this for hundreds of years, but why wouldnt you want to evolve and create better product and techniques . Honestly seems kinda lazy and ignorant to not want to grow and advance.
