The smiles between you two at the start was so cute! If you at some point do a back scratching video I suggest the prop a wooden back scratcher to really get those amazing sounds. Another asmr person I enjoy used them and wow they got fantastic skin scratching sounds!

Sadly no medical evidence to support that statement. Arthritis is the the pain in the joints caused by infection, damage to the join, metabolic factors and a whole lot more.
Lots of medical evidence and even psychological evidence that it would treat pain and overall mental impact of the pain
