the nostalgia tears are real
The line in once upon a time “the tale of the unkillable warrior” always gets me.
I think it’s so beautiful that even though techno’s gone and the dsmp is over we can still go watch those videos again and relive those memories. Or, even better, we can go back and listen to these songs and remember the tragic and joyful tales they follow. I find it poetic in a way.

Coming out of this EP, it's hard to believe that the server is gone. Listening to this made me feel like I was back in the height of it, because your songs were such a big part of my fandom experience. But it's nice to know that fans will carry the SMP's memories with them - through absolutely gorgeous works like these. That's really something special. These are such beautiful renditions ;-;

I can't believe you sung When Nothing Mattered More than Friends by yourself this time. I still can't believe the smp has ended. "How could such a happy story, have such a tragic end" Indeed.
Once upon a time has been following me everywhere this year. Its my favorite song, from the nostalgia of an era, to the memories we made. Even if its just a game. Even if its just some Friends playing.
Gosh from the beginning of the server to the intricate storyline, and to its end wich was i think, because of Technoblade passing away. It will stay in our heart.
The legend of a land ruled and fought for. A story of frienship and betrayal, a story of legends.
I’ve only just realized that in ‘When Nothing Mattered More Than Friends’, Tommy talks about how the disk wither Phil or Techno, since Wilbur was a ghost, gave him. He calls it his favorite song, but if it were a new disk he never would have heard it before. Thus, that song BECAME his favorite and he still listened to it even after Techno destroyed L’Manberg.

Everything was just sooo good.
I have to say when I found out Rue The Day would be in the acoustic album I was so excited since it is my all time favorite song!
And it did not disappoint, it was absolutely beautiful the tone of your voice was perfect and the instruments... my gosh it was beautiful and perfect. I'll admit I cried but in a good way.
When Nothing Mattered More Than Friends got me too, I could just imagine Tommy sitting down somewhere with pictures of him, Techno, Phil and Wilbur just singing this, and then when the lyrics pause and it goes to Techno I could imagine him doing the same, and then Phil and then Wilbur.
I love how much emotion that song gives.
There is my very long message to say Thank you Amanda and everyone who worked on this! It's absolutely beautiful and I will be listening to this over and over for years I'm sure.
