It depends but overall babies want some kind of rocker while feeding or just before sleep - you can not keep them in it if they don't like to be tied up :)

This swing- bouncer is for 0 up to 6 months. This little girl might be one year old, is too big for that. That's dangerous.

It goes up to 13kg, my 1 year old is only around 10kg so the little girl could still be well within the weight limit.
With the correct supervision (as you would a newborn) i dont think its dangerous at all.
