Alex, I say this with love, not negativity. Please stop saying something 'Is Aesthetic'. Something can't 'be' aesthetic. Things can be 'Aesthetically pleasing' or have a pleasing/unpleasing aesthetic. Also, I was willing you to take that sweater off Bruno for the whole video. Dogs are much happier not being 'dressed'!!

So why did your mom make fun of you when you were wishing for that?! I was gonna comment on the last video how I hated her doing that and now that I know what happened earlier that makes me so mad.
Praying for you and Yar to have a little coming soon!!
And don’t let your mom hurt you like that it doesn’t help even if it’s joking!
    Hugs!

just remember after you met Yar you said that you wish you could tell your old self to be patient and that your person will come. i think you can apply that to your TTC situation. i know its hard, you really want it. in due time it will happen for you guys and im so excited. whether its the way you want it or it comes to you in a different type of blessing. just try to enjoy the process and be gentle with yourself. love ya 🫶🏽

And you just had that major surgery not too long ago. . you really need to give your body some time to heal, before your baby comes, right? It won't be too long before your body has healed, completely, and you can become pregnant. . your body knows.💗

So sweet of Yar. I have PCOS and it messes with fertility. We finally got pregnant naturally the first time with my son (now 7yrs old) and then tried for our second for years until I started clomid and after 3 rounds i finally got pregnant with my daughter (now 3 years old). It will happen, but I would definitely get the ball rolling and get you and Yar tested in the fertility department. No shame in getting help. ❤❤

There’s no reason to feel like you can’t talk about fertility and TTC. It’s so good to be open and honest because the TTC journey looks different for everyone and it’s not talked about enough. It doesn’t matter how long you’re trying it’s always a disappointment when you want it so bad and you get your period. I got pregnant the first time my husband and I tried. It literally took one time but I lost that baby at 9 weeks. It then took a year and a half to get pregnant again. I started ovulation tracking and I got pregnant the third cycle of tracking. I’m now 36 weeks with our rainbow baby boy and it was perfect timing. Your baby will come to you when it’s time but your feelings are still valid! ❤

I struggled for years, with medical intervention to have a baby. It's ok to grieve the loss of what could have been, and stress and trying too hard is never the reason you aren't conceiving, don't let any one tell you any different. Also men are 50% of making a baby, so make sure Yar is also tested, you should both be aware of your fertility.

Hearing you talk about being disappointed brings back so many memories of when I was trying. It took over a year. The day I had my appointment to see a fertility specialist I found out I was pregnant with twins. I now have 4 kids (I had 4 in 5 years). I found it’s so true, when you stop stressing it happens. If and when it’s meant to. But my, it’s ok to feel the emotions, and it’s 100% ok to discuss it with whoever you like….

We tried for a year. I got so depressed that we gave up actively trying, very next month I was pregnant. I completely believe that the stress of trying is what prevented it. Just try to have fun with the process and know it will happen when it's supposed to. I know how hard it is to constantly hear that, but it really is true. Sending you and Yar all the baby dust!

It's harder than people make it out to be. I got pregnant with my first very quickly and easily, but miscarried. My second pregnancy happened shortly after, but we weren't really trying for it, and now I have a beautiful 21 month old. I know it sounds so cliche but try and just have fun and not put so much pressure on it, it'll happen for you guys ❤️❤️ Sending all the magic baby dust ✨✨

My advice is this as someone it took years to get pregnant learn your body and how it changes during your cycle, stay on prenatals and folic acid all through the process and just keep an open mind. Tracking basal body temp and discharge will help more than ANYTHING when trying to get pregnant, two days after your period have sex every other day if possible around fertile time if you are having regular cycles you are ovulating normally you just gotta time sex in the right 12 hour time period. It’s crazy that every month you ONLY have 12 hrs to get pregnant after ovulation occurs

I am a fertility specialist and pregnancy can be a lot trickier than people expect. Give it a year before you jump into fertility treatments or are concerned. You are under 35 and in good health. Try to have fun in the baby making and have sex a lot 😊 but as stress and cortisol rise these levels make things more difficult. Once you hit a year make seeing a reproductive endocrinologist can help to make sure nothing is off in terms of your and Yar’s anatomy such as blockages or low sperm. A lot of people don’t realize sperm count can also be an issue so there are a lot of factors.m

Alex, please don’t be hard on yourself. You need to not compare yourself to others with your fertility Journey. Everyone is different. It took us half a year to get pregnant and it happened the month we weren’t trying. Yes, losing 100 lbs can help, but if you have PCOS or other issues that can affect fertility too. You’re still young and it can take a year before you’re classified infertile

But girl, your eggs are healthy, your periods are super regular, your hormones are regulated, IT WILL HAPPEN. Even for the healthiest couple it can take up to a year. Please don't stress. I now have 2 healthy children who were conceived naturally. Good things take time 😚

Alex, if you got pregnant now your last trimester, the most uncomfortable part of the entire pregnancy is going to be July , August and September . It so hot! I live in Maryland and I thought I would die when I had my July and June babies. You’re a little further north so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad but you never know. And you don’t like summer as much as you like fall and winter. This might be a silver lining to your gray cloud.!! 😘

Alex don't feel disheartened. Literally from the last day of your period for 5 days you are most likely to get pregnant. This was a tip given to me from my best friend after my husband and I had been trying a few months and not falling. As soon as we tried this method and stopped worrying about following my ovulation cycle it worked. I fell that month.

The first 2 times I got pregnant in my early 20’s, it was towards the end of my period both times. Like I was still on my period. The third time I got pregnant a couple years ago, I miscarried at 11 weeks. And that was after seeing strong heartbeats at multiple ultrasounds. It just goes to show you that there is literally an exception to everything in pregnancy! Don’t put too much pressure on yourself about it. It will happen when it’s supposed to ♥️♥️

I remember going into the doctors office because I was throwing up every morning and have diarrhea a couple weeks before I started throwing up every day lol I mean this is say I lost probably 15 to 20 pounds my first trimester. Anyways my husband‘s family assumed I was pregnant I just remember getting the blood test results and expecting to read negative. I literally started crying when I opened it and seen positive on the paper. I avoided to open the envelope while inside the doctors office because I didn’t want people to see my face of disappointment, but to my surprise I immediately started crying happy tears because it finally happened. ❤

Everyone always told me it would be so easy, tried for a year. Was told it would happen when we least expected it. Tried another six months then had a possible chemical pregnancy, and decided to take a break. My heart could not handle another positive ovulation and never a positive pregnancy. Happy we did because we've decided just to wait anyway,

I agree you should let things go and be at least for a few months. It makes your body stress.

sending you good vibes. I've had the same surgery and you're only a year out so you're still making progress and your body knows what its doing. Trust in that and it will happen because you are doing what you are supposed to and when you least expect it BAM!!! baby!!! Keep the faith!!!!

So, I’ve lost 165 in 10 months. I had gastric sleeve surgery. My face has really gotten so thin. I went from a 6X to XL now.

Good morning, Alex! Hope your family had a nice Christmas! Keep your head up with TTC. It can definitely be an emotional roller coaster. I swear it happens when you don’t stress about it. Sending you all the love and baby dust ❤

Everyone’s TTC journey is sooo different. My mom got pregnant with me and my brother on the first and second try, while it took my husband and I 9 months, bloodwork, acupuncture and a miracle haha….then, when I talked to a friend about how long it took, she told me that she’s been trying for two
whole years! It’s all about perspective, whether it be 3 months or 3 years. Everyone telling me to relax just made me more stressed, but in hindsight I do wish I had stayed more positive and just done acupuncture sooner. It’s also hard when you tell people you are TTC because then they keep asking you every month and the sting of disappointment hurts more. All I can say is that you’re right - it’s in God’s hands and you’re smart to just be patient and track your ovulation.
    Sending you baby dust!! ❤

Not getting pregnant when you have been trying is heartbreaking - whether you have been trying a couple months or years. Your feelings are so valid ❤

I had a lot of problems getting pregnant with my first and I remember when I would get my period I was devastated. You have every right to speak what you’re feeling regardless how long you have been trying :-) I went on to have three amazing sons - thank you for being so truthful!
