Aine and I. This is Aine's "first ride". No tack, no bridle, reins, saddle...just me and her.

For me and my horses, it's about relationships, about trust and faith in and with each other. Only that, nothing more.
This is Aines first ever ride. No tack...no saddle, no pad, no reins, no "control" (and no brakes). With her foal at foot, no less...
She was as perfect and accepting of this as she is with everything else. I'm thinking I'll introduce a saddle to her in the coming week, and see how that goes...and then we will take it from there.
