Great tip on the high and low cuts for the Good Charlotte tone. I was wondered how to get that Lofi sound, I’m gonna definitely try that. I play in a group that does live emo karaoke. Always looking for new ways to set up my helix.I recently upgraded to that from the pod go.
Hey mate, great approach. I usually play it live with low cuts anything between 100 - 200Hz and hi cuts from 5KHz to 2KHz. It sounds great at gig volume.
Would you be able to share the settings for the other blocks too? I’m using and an Hx Stomp and couldn’t fit the whole preset in but still interested in making it into usage for me.
I never knew you could set the helix to not remember changes made within a snapshot…how do you do it? (The red camera icon you referenced in the video)
Hit the button on the upper left with three parallel lines. Go into global settings, then preferences. It’s on the bottom left. Helix will default to (Recall) change it to (Discard). I hope that helps.
Nice guitar! 👍
