Beginners go to the doctor after going through all the heart attacks and dying with panic attacks you start to fear the doctors because you don’t want to hear or they say nothing wrong also your blood pressure goes way up what now other fear of doctors, exposure therapy has never worked for me CBT has never worked for me , but I will keep trying
However, we need anxiety sometimes. Anxiety is meant to protect us from danger and allow us to react faster to emergencies. I think it's helpful. It's not our enemy.
