Been using this quiver for about a month. Very nice quiver! I made a slight modification to it. The arrows would get snagged to the inside of the quiver pocket when I inserted them back inside the quiver. Solution: I heated up a 3"X 7.5" black PVC pipe in the oven and flatten it out a little and riveted it to the inside of the main quiver pocket. Worked perfect ly! No more arrow snags! Now I can I can insert my arrows back inside the quiver pocket without them getting snagged! I also lined the top inside portion of the PVC insert with a piece of foam installation adhesive to keep the arrows from rattling around . Whisky City does sell a plastic tube insert, but I think my flatten PVC works better.
Im a hoosier and live about a half hour from david. Great guy and puts on an amazing shoot. I mainly shoot with quivers on my bows but wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these if i was in the market
Last week I saw several Archers at the Bodkin Archery 3D comp wearing a new style of hip quiver. As soon as I saw it I knew it had to be a huge improvement over all the other Quivers that swing about all over the place catching on foliage and banging your leg . Try as I might I couldn't find out what they were called until I saw your review today. Now all I have to do is find someone in the UK that is importing them ....
I got one question. There's that biggest zippered pocket on the very top. Can you fit a generic 2-liter hydration pack in there? Not sure what to do with the drinking hose though. Maybe you can clip it on the belt.
I love the fact that you are so brutally honest in your reviews. I just bought a hipster and a few of the accoutrements. Love it!
Just ordered one this morning and it was shipped this afternoon.
That thing looks awesome, form and function!

Thanks for sharing that insight!!!
If it was black. It was most likely ABS. Just in case anyone is searching Home Depot’s isles for black PVC.
I have one coming on Tuesday, can’t wait to start using it.
A neat product! Wish I'd have known about these before I bought my last hip quiver!

I start to laugh when you said. " Never ever ask me my opinion unless you want to hear it."
That is sweet.
The one I use is the leather stalker quiver but I do like the Modular Hip Quiver by marsupialgear

2 liter, don’t think so.
Who makes the wall mount clamps for the bow in the background mate ?
Those are shelf mounts for glass, from Home Depot
Are you sure that's not the 2 quart? By the way I was also in the 509th!
Geronimo!
@@3DArchery All the Way!
How many arrows can you fit in it?
Good question, I do not carry more than four. I would say around a dozen with no insert and over a dozen with the insertz
