I love mine, but my remote quit working
I bought it 4 days ago. M worried . It takes 4 to 5hrs for charging. On its 4th day only sweep 2 small bedroom n lobby only. Bettery is gone off. Couldn,t mopping, had to recharge again. Company told me it is India made but I found a sticker of made in China . M worried what will happen , 22999 rs. Can b vanished.
Claim warranty
Worked great first couple of times, now it keeps dropping everything it picked up. I emptied it out after every use and cleaned it out with my vacuum cleaner and no improvement. I only use it in the kitchen and am disappointed with it.
i've been using this robot more than 8 moths but it started move backwards instead of front. I opened and cleaned everything inside of it like new one but the problem still goes on. it suddenly stops moving front like hit something then starts to go backwards, is there any solution or formatting the software because there isn't any dust at the sensors or wheels. please advice.

Felt cheated and disappointed. Mislead advertised and inaccuracy information given in user manual. V8s does not possessed schedule cleaning's functionality. It just a normal timer to turn on daily. Do not get me wrong, the Robot works well but if you consider get one from Ilife, recommend to purchase their standard version(V5s or V55). Because the price equalise to the value. V8s expectation aren't met, it consider poor value and over price.
Remove stickers on machine. Looks tacky
*I run the m6 daily, and my floors look awesome🌼 **allabout.wiki/ILIFE-Cleaner** I wet mop 2 days and dry sweep the rest of the days. When I first got it, I used the included disposable pads. I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
