For all the brick and block home lovers who are always commenting on how easily stick built, wood frame houses come down, here you go. Masonry houses come down just as easily.
Is the address available now that its been over 4 years? Its all viewable on Google maps. Historically and from a real estate standpoint it would be good to see what is there now as of Oct. 2019.

An excavator will make quick work taking down any type of home construction. The thing I like most about brick is not having to paint it.
I know. Personally, I would rather not do the extra work, and I like the look of bare brick.
@David King People who paint brick, stone or stain grade wood should be horse whipped.

6810 Barrett Lane, Bethesda, MD. Like most other houses torn down in that neighborhood, it was replaced by a much bigger house.

Do not understand why everything wood is shredded unnecessarily small. We dispose of masonry and wood as well as metal.

+John Z Wetmore they are rookies for a long time, takes that to become pro. demo is the best part of the job. have done many thousands of them.
I was surprised how effective that machine was compared to an excavator.
