Main scenario 1 choose karunga agar saamne wala mujhe notebook return karein sham ko (if he fails to sell the notebook and I can easily sell back the notebook at Rs 100).

We do have FMCG companies in india that have high margin and high ROCE/ROE too.
They do have competition but all of them are earning well and doing well from a very long time and are even expected to grow this way.
HUL, NESTLE, DABUR, BRITANIA, MARICO, ITC.
FMCG sector inherently has high profit margins. Raw materials are dirt cheap and finished branded products are sold at high prices.
IT companies too have similar number margins NPM at 15-25%, and ROCE 15-25%.
Almost all ITeS/software companies have similar numbers.
Similarity between these businesses is cash flows and cash rich nature.
Should I buy 40 shares of birlasoft or 20 shares of tanla???

Scenario B needs 10000 investment from one person to meet 500 return, whereas scenario A has investment of 100 for 100 as return. In other words scenario B gets 5 return only against 100 as compared 100 in scenario B. Logic less explaination 😄
In scenario B you need only 100 rupees from investor, you sell it at 105 keeping 5 Rupees profit and repeat the same for 100 times to accumulate a total of 500 profit. Next time think a bit before engraving a logic less comment.
