Thanks for watching and your elaborate comment. You are right that we do not overcomplicate the recordings. We want to capture the moment as it is and keep the authenticity. So we do not over rehearse and over produce the recording. For the video; we mainly use our phones, that can capture in 4K. Some video's were shot by Bas' father, with a professional camera because his father is a camera man. This particular video is one of those video's. The audio is always recorded with a Zoom H4N, which allows us to record to tracks; guitar and vocals. We mix them and sync it with the video. When performing live: Bas plugs in his guitar and uses and "old fashion" podium monitor. My gear; Shure PG58 wireless mic Senheisser IE 100 in-ear monitors Behringer Powerplay P1

It’s my song to my son, I’m a truck driver and I’m away from home for weeks at a time, often passing by close to home but not able to stop, so I always tell him I’ll pass slowly.
