Shes got a great personality and shes entertaining to watch, I'm not sure she really has the knowledge or interest (i mean, if you're interested in cars you should know what a turbo does) to do automotive journalism though. At least, not in a way that appeals to people who have a true passion for cars.
I'm thrilled to see Izzy has the same unique presentation style as Richard. as a long time Top Gear and Grand Tour fan, I've always felt the only way to keep this style of presentation and character is for someone in the family to be the next generation of automotive reviewers and journalists! great job!

As soon as anyone is booking Izzy as their commentator, I'm in and subscribing. She's just mesmerizing. Like my first girlfriend back-in-the-day, drove, tried, experienced, beat the scheit out of 75% of the guys at wheel.
Izzy definitely is a chip off the old block, but also has her own unique style of presenting, an absolute natural infront of the camera. I really really do hope we see her again as a presenter/reviewer, she has a bright future ahead of her, and we're here for it!

Izzy has a super personality for this too. Richard, in the new role of elder statement (sotospeak) of driving imparting his knowledge (minus the wheels facing skyward) is fun to watch. It's just wholesome.
At the end of the video, when Richard mentions that there's something wonky with the engine, I half-expected to hear Richard say, "Well, on that terrible disappointment..."
My daughter’s only young but I hope I can share a similar experience with her when she’s older. Well done Richard for raising such a cool daughter, long live internal combustion

I watched the main channel's video with a constant amused expression & thought "well done...." I then watched this version & spent almost the entire runtime lol & frequently had to swallow my drink before busting out laughing resulted in my needing to pause the video whilst I cleaned the sprayed drink off the PC/keyboard/desk/cats etc.
I request yet another Drivetribe channel that is called More Izzy & Richard. Or keep uploading it here the point is their content is superb and more is welcome.
These two are such a laugh. I love the way they laugh together and don’t take themselves too seriously😂. The dynamic between them is spot on and always makes me smile and laugh out loud when it goes wrong.

Love watching Richard and Izzy. Hearing Richard describe a turbo (not well mind you) makes me feel like I have spent half my life explaining turbo, supercharger, naturally aspirated, and then trying to get people to understand anti-lag (aaaaarrrgh!). Ok, back to the very enjoyable behind the scenes.
Richard & Izzy are fantastic,izzy is a natural certainly takes after her dad. Certainly miss the roar from a subaru,we have a subaru classic Prodrive 555 best car ever,she's number 16 of 24 made in her model,absolutely love her ❤ hopefully soon she'll be having lot's of fun on the open road's
I think Izzy has definitely got the potential to be a presenter if she wants. Any sort. Natural, likeable and fun and she can project that through the camera.

I'd rather watch these types of videos and see how far Izzy would want to do this in the future than most female influencer's who show of their cars (or can't) on UA-cam. Izzy has her own charm to what her dad loves doing. She's gunna go far.
loved both videos the look on issys face when the turbo spooled up was priceless.The out takes erm b rolls where brill. me thinks there could be a Next generation version of where's the gears in the making. Issy as the main presenter along side Ben collins now theres a thought.
Just for the record Richard, that's your fault, you told her she was only allowed to drive it for today, and never again, so of course she pushed the turbo and broke it. She knew she wouldn't get another chance to push it hard.
Watching this and the main film, I get the undertones of her growing up with all 3 styles, and she has melded them into one incarnate. Even following the tradition of leaving you on the side of the road to mend your car. 😅😅😅
The indicators and windshield wipers are on the correct side for America. Also I love how Japanese cars beep while in reverse. That makes it harder to accidentally try and go forward in Reverse gear.
Izzy is hilarious and that's what matters as a presenter, not just facts. The actual entertainment factor lol. And Hammond that break indicates that you need an auto-clutch which is faster, more econimcal and puts less wear on the car overall 😄. Manual shifting is necessary but not a manual clutch. Doesn't matter how smooth and quick your shifting is you can never beat an automatic clutch.
I love how even has passenger, he has to play with the gear select. No one can resist shaking it, "just to be sure". "Yep, that's definitely in neutral" - Hammond.
He never burst into tears. Flames a couple of times but never tears.
