Innocent until proven guilty applies...but in a possession charge you're still guilty. There's no hard-evidence of planting. There's hard-evidence of posession.
Criminals don't get to just say "I didn't know I had those drugs/that weapon. Someone put it there." and get out free.
@@EPiQ_cR when witnesses are agreeing with the statement that it's planted and they refuse to even look into it, that's not hard evidence in the slightest. If it is then I'm scared for when the cops start getting pissed and planting guns on people or even criminals to ruin the reputation of a judge or cop. Your argument makes no sense when you actually look into the situation instead of just book riding

@@everythingmemes5644 Are they just supposed to ignore that the casing of the weapon used on K vs the weapon K was holding were different? Someone shot him with a PD wep then dumped one that wasnt fired on him? Witnesses that are obviously affiliated with K, a person who was already suspected to potentially have PD equipment of some kind in their possession, and the gun he was holding mainly only consisted of his DNA and fingerprints? Like just say it how it is, K fumbled.
I think that is the most rp I've seen from Ruth yet, normally it's yelling or not her problem

I know this is old, but the way she "rps" comes off is defensive and stand off-ish, if thats the character, cool, if IRL is bleeding into your RP, you shouldnt RP.
I said this in another videos comments, but shes basically RPing a God Complex to the point where Im worried shes taking everything too personally. At the end of the day its a game and people should have fun and not be so... weird. IMO Penta and Kyle have the same RP style as her, where everything is taken personally and everyone is out to get them.

Can we make a vote from the whole nopixel community to see if ruth will inevitability be fired or not. She denies alot of rp where she can get her hands on and logically unreasonable. Either that or bring up hellweek.
Well considering almost no cop ever got fired in 3.0 or 2.0 for doing stuff like this I think it safe to assume nothing will happen this time. AT MOST a maybe a few day suspension or a week long demotion. and Hellweek is pointless. With every cop on the server pretty much being a softmod ( being able to throw people in jail for pretty much any reason killing their RP) Hellweek does nothing. Cops just get new laws pushed to make killing a cop not worth it. or if that doesn't work just cry until an actual rule is put into place that they cant be touched. Look at what they did with the robbing a cop for a PD gun. its 100K fine and and x amount of jail time. The police never have to adapt or get better at doing their jobs. Rules/laws just get pushed to make their job easier. Cops cant keep up with criminals in cars, BAM cop cars now drive like they are on rails at twice the speed, Cops cant out shoot the criminal BAM cop guns now hit twice as hard, Cops still cant out gun the crims BAM cops now get full automatic weapons. I have been watching sense 2.0 and I can't remember a single time a cop has ever actually been held accountable ( unless it was a crim cop that was calling out other cops) or the cops actually got a nurf that wasnt reversed or overbalanced back in their favor within a few days.
I can only think of 2-3 cops that actually got fired in 3.0. Most just got demoted for 2 weeks at best and then got promoted right back to position they were just in. Mostly because all the admins were cop mains who cover shit up for each other.
She isn't denying RP...this has literally lead to weeks of RP.
You don't get to just force your own RP just because its your story. That'd be main character syndrome.

Making everyone constantly going on the same rp arc that ruins countless routes of rp is main character behavior

Nothing about that situation is Ruth's fault. Quite literally. It's essentially just a meme to blame Ruth and everyone has spun it out of control thinking its somehow actually her actions that led to K getting caught.
K gambled on using a PD weapon in that moment and then initiating aggression by aiming it. He didn't expect to go down. All his claims saying the PD aren't doing their jobs are to attempt to protect what small sliver of non-crim image he has, not because its the actual truth.
He IS guilty, and the only evidence needed for a possession charge is possession, even if planted. It wasn't an assault charge, brandishing, or criminal use...it was possession.
Now...if he'd waited another couple weeks before starting to carry stolen PD weapons as more evidence systems rolled out, he MAY have had a bigger argument with DNA. But he didn't.
Ramee could easily have been caught at this point also, but has managed to not actually get caught by his own actions. K got caught plain and simple.
She plays a Cop. And we all know how Cops get treated on the server unlike crims and civs do. It took YEARS for them to part way with ppl like Penta and Kyle and other drama self insert Cop players. Ruth isn’t going anywhere, unfortunately 💀. They just need to avoid her at all costs and give her 0 attention and RP.
It's so obvious she prioritizes OOC Meta'd info over RP. Either that or shes RPing the best crazy, corrupt, and power tripping narcissist ever. The Ruth character might even put the Mr K character to shame.
She's (the character) a hypocrite, doesn't want to hold accountability for her own actions. She's a joke. No selfreflection whatsoever.. It's hard to see/hear a 'leader' being this childish tbh.

There's no such thing as fighting a possession charge just by saying its someone elses. That was the risk of having a weapon prior to other evidence systems being in place.
Nobody is at fault here except K for getting caught, same as Ramee will be responsible for his own downfall. Should others have also possibly been caught? Absolutely, but they got away...and were still investigated on stake outs and didn't slip up.

When has Slacks, or any of Saab's cop characters, "found a bigger streamer" and then abused his power to ruin an entire situation or RP arc that is being built up? Not to mention OOC she legit has Penta as a streamer to watch if she isn't online. That tells you enough as to why she did what she did.

Its not that they "got away", its the fact that they were let go with absolutely the bare minimum of getting investigated during the actual situation. On scene of a shooting and not a single one of them was GSR tested or searched but the guy who was gunned down was GSR tested, came back NEGATIVE, and then still got searched. That makes ZERO sense.
@@catlinclawson2134 they WERE investigated after, and continue to be...and PD has openly admitted the scene control was poor. Doesn't make K innocent though, so he was still handled appropriately and charge as such.

I really like Ruth’s character it’s so by the book and antagonist like that many people are coming together to take her out of her high position. I think she knows what she’s doing and anybody who’s saying she needs to get off nopixel should rethink how good her character is. If every character on nopixel is loved then there’s no good drama and story. W story

I can't lie, I ain't normally one to comment on someone's rp but intentional or not an antagonist that everyone wants off the server ain't it... Carmine is a perfect example of an actual antagonist character that everybody dislikes ic, but respects ooc for his rp. There's a pretty clear difference in my eyes between the two.. by the book is one thing, but its a problem when it massively impacts on other people's freedom to rp
