John Carpenter didn't give Michael the power of Thorn. Thorn came in in Halloween 6 to explain the symbol they put on Michael's wrist in Halloween 5. John Carpenter had no involvement in H6.
Jamie died in The Curse of Michael Myers. Laurie died in the first 15 minutes of Halloween Resurrection which isn't as bad of a film as everyone makes out. The Halloween fanbase is so weird because it's full of fans that watch the movies to see him slaughter people but they bitch about almost every movie that isn't the original, 2 or H20. As long as Michael is killing someone you're getting what you expect from a Halloween film. But saying that the remake was pretty bad. It's 2 hours of "FUCK!"
But not at any point was Thorn mentioned in the film. It just showed us that Michael knew a few creepy things. Fitting for his character but Michael was never cursed in the first two Halloween films, shown in the way Carpenter attempted to kill Michael off at the end of 2. But then again I never had a problem with Thorn as a whole. I just think H6 wasn't that good of a film. It's actually boring to me. Plus they killed Jamie :(
Even though I wasn't too big an admirer of Halloween II - I'm somewhere in between liking some of it and tracking down Rob Zombie and slapping him upside the head - I must admit, like Tarantino, he sure knows how to pick out great tunes for his soundtracks.
I've seen chunks of it. The atmosphere didn't suit what I saw at all. Maybe it's one of those things where you need to see the whole film, start - to - end?
So what you will about the man, but Rob Zombie knows how to put together a good soundtrack.
i thought this movie was better than the first, it was more involed and i really cared for the characters.
This song was used to absolute perfect in the film. It added a beautiful 'calm before the storm' moment.
LOVE IT!!!:D
Rob Zombies Halloweens are instant classics.

Wait. Why was this in H2? This really... doesn't fit. O_o
I enjoyed Halloween 2 and im glad this song was in it !
this was a great choice from zombie, it fits so well to the halloween franchise, unfortunately the movie was bad as hell !

However zombie does have a more realistic feel to them. The score from the original 2 are amazing
@ptwillis727
I LOVED IT TO DEATH MAN I THOT I WAS HE ONLY ONE WHO DID
But then Jamie really died in Halloween Ressurection. RIGHT?!
SO DID U LIKE IT OR NOT?? IM WAITING FOR THE dvd.
I liked this movie, too! It certainly beats the first re-make and the original two.
what a great song. Rob Z allways put great songs in his soundtracks and this is a good one can not wait to get the cd .
i just don't feel like watching this sequel since they didn't cast the same boy to play michael

Did not approve of this movie.. Maybe the first 20 mins, and this song.. Great.. The rest. BLAH

I'm gonna rate this with a half a chub.
matt cardle cover on the x factor was great!!!!!!!
I thought both of the movies were too dark... I mean they could have used more lighting whole movie's.
