That awesome experience you experienced out in the wild is whats a priceless collectible my friend! At the end of the day, the thrill of the treasure chase is what its all about. Happy hunting and adventure on folks! Thanks for taking us along
Do what I did. If you see a insulator on the pole you like. Climb the pole. If you can't climb the pole. Climb a nearby tree and access it that way. 🤠😎
The pins actually have value and from time to time the brackets are wanted for displays. That cd125 looked like a Brooke's type 5 A not an old Patent DEC. 19 1871 Hemingray. Great video.
Nice to see you back at the hunt! Those star insulators must be popular around there I’ve only found one in the wild an it’s just like a H.G. Co. But with an upside down star. In my area of Ohio those transposition go quick I get all that I can. And the drop downs. If you ever feel like parting ways with one of them high dome stars , let me know.
Sounds good. I'll have to bring some WD-40 and a good crescent wrench and see if I can get a few. Yeah, I've got a lot of those stars now. Wouldn't mind parting with a couple, lol.
Yeah crescent wrench’s work nicely. I got all my drop downs an transpositions off poles the R/R cut down. So I don’t know what it would be like up in the air. That would be great to get one of those stars! Set your price I’ll pay shipping whatever else. Figure out how I can get you my address.

To get that bracket carry a folding hand saw, they use to prune trees with. I think it should cut through that rotten wood.

That's awesome! It was a very interesting find for sure. I'll have to get some of the brackets at some point.
Heck ya man that 125 is cool too bad it's not whole!! Another great video - scratched the itch a bit haha 🤣 ✌️
The brackets are definitely good to get, many collectors don’t have one because they are hard to get.
Ok, definitely will have to get some in the future.

I find a lot of those tall dome stars on the old D&H Railroad
In northeastern Pennsylvania pretty far from where you’re at
That's interesting how the end up so spread out.
For the collectibility of transposition brackets, thoise kind and phantoms are often used for displays, I'm looking to recover some soon personally.
Cool! I'll have to get some.
Awesome to see another video from you!
Thank you!
Do you plan to go hunting again this year? I just got my last hunt for this season in, it's getting cold.
I plan on going on a big hunt in January or February. I might go on some smaller local ones before the end of the year.
