That looks like a '56 to me.... I had a 64 and a 67 in the past..... they don't look at all like this one. The '60's ones were a squarer hood. Also instrument cluster on the '60's models were an elongated speedo with the gauges in the same cluster. Not a round speedo with separate gauge cluster as yours has.

Yes, control the speed with the choke lever and you can load a hay wagon too.....
