Its crazy that f1 drivers need to be smaller yet need to be powerful and have insane training for g forces equal to a fighter jet at times. Its absolutely insane there ligaments and joints are what truely are special.
What I would give to receive this training or opportunity. Im a racer at heart, and it's sad to see the amount of people who never get the chance. You better do that training till your arms fall off and you can't breathe. Push to the max. Be the best.

The gas max is actually simulating a situation where there is hypoxia because during their races they experience hypoxia due to G-forces...and he is running on the treadmill so that he can simulate the situation in the car while driving
I don't understand how people think that f1 is easy. It's common sense, the G's and the sheer speed alone should be enough of an indicator as to why not anyone can drive one of those beasts.
People fail to realize it is a battle of endurance and strength not only of the mind and eyes but the body. The G force on every curve and upon acceleration. The hours in the seat and the amount laps. The focus to see the line in any weather. To hold that line with another car near inches from yours and going 150++ you need to be strong to hold that wheel in the deep curves and the brakes are so massive I can only imagine how hard you have to step on it just to get the input you want 😂

The F1 Steering wheels training are really hard to turn so you need a ton of strength and grip strength to turn it real fast
