Alua Tenerife Hotel walkaround July 2022 Puerto De La Cruz

Quick glance around Alua Tenerife Hotel. We enjoyed our stay the food great and the kids were kept entained at the pool and there is also a kids club most nights at 8pm-9pm

I had room 1104. The room was spacious but with a deficiency in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn't close due to the damp dock. I also noticed traces of mold. I asked the receptionist FRANCISCO to have the door repaired or change our room. But he replied that he could not. Arrogant and unprofessional he didn't offer us any solution and we had to prop the bathroom door on the inside with the only chair in the room. My advice: Avoid this hotel!

@@Chloe_rbe Vérifiez attentivement la chambre d'hôtel ! Ils m'ont trompé, la porte de la salle de bain n'était pas fermée et j'ai dû la bloquer avec une chaise. Passe de bonnes vacances!
