You should totally use the Zandar teleport as a method of rolling on Lumbridge. It's not so different from the portals in the Yanille tower, and it's a really weird and obscure piece of content, fitting with the account's exploration of weird and obscure content
Josh, you commented about the Dark Wizards tower teleport to Lumbridge swamp, but didn't make that chunk unlockable. By the rules of your chunkman account, I'm pretty sure it should be.
It might if it is a guaranteed event. You click on a portal and it teleports you to another location consistently; if a brief dialogue option is all it takes to guarantee a teleport, the only mechanical difference is a second click, provided it can be done consistently.
can we start a petition to have Zandar Horfyres lumbridge swamp telepot as an unlockable chunk roll method, it would be so ammusing and unique to have to take 2 unusual traveling methods to get to the chunk everytime you want to go there :D
Hey Josh Isn't. I just wanted to let you know I appreciate you doing your chunk rolling off-stream. As a UA-cam enjoyer, I'm always saddened when a chunker starts live-streaming their chunk picks, because as you say it takes a lot out of the video making quality. Love the vids and all the obscure info you find and share.
the karambwanji lake was originally the current flat one, but a bug in an update at some point moved it to sea level, creating some weird slopes. the new stealth updates simply reverted it. i would assume the same is true for the yanille pond.
the bug was actually preset in actual 2007scape and was imported into osrs since the beginning. The lake was already fixed on the main game long before it was imported into osrs broken
Great episode, Josh! As a passive farming chunker myself, I'm glad you're making it passive as well. I do like your approach of getting all the seeds that you needed for you task before moving on. I'd probably do the same if my task weren't to get the farming cape...lol Good luck on all your cooking grind, and looking forward to the next chunk roll, whether that be live or private. I agree that it's difficult to edit the stream content to match your vision, so if you want your chunk rolls to be off-stream, I'm all for it. We'll all be here to catch up when the video comes out!
I wanna say he did all the music himself? He has the "ChunkYanille Soundtrack" linked in the description. But yea, that intro song is such a banger. Ngl it's a big part of what got me into the series. Easy to click the next video when you know your ears are about to be blessed.
that's not head-canon - that's just simply canon. nothing on the world map or any signage, *but* it is identified as such in an easy cryptic clue (the exact wording for the clue mentioning the guard house is "Search the crates in the guard house in northern East Ardougne")
Probably the best thing you can do while harvesting your allotments? Making compost! (Not collecting, adding to the bin.) Make your supercompost using your watermelons, by harvesting the melons, and putting them into the compost bin as they harvest. It's even on the wiki, somewhere. (I forget where.) Harvest more from the patch in one go (because you effectively have +15 inventory slots), get your bin filled for the next batch, it's a win all around.
I absolutely love your decission making with the grinds! Not doing Puro-Puro keeps the account more unique and making farming passive gives us as your followers a lot more content to look forward to! Love your style Josh! Love from The Netherlands!
I think the guy in Dark Wizard's tower is in fairy tale part 1 so most people have been in that tower atleast once per account, considering how important Fairy Rings are
I always love the editing of these videos! lets hope you roll lumbridge from that dark wizards tower :D though... elite lumbridge means you need the quest cape.... hm.
I knew I wasn't crazy! I noticed the run animation changes when I returned to Vorkath after a long while. The single tick of running completely through me off and I died several times because I had no idea why my character was "running" randomly. Juat glad to be validated that I wasn't going crazy. My clan gaslit the hell out of me.
Fun IRL fact. You absolutely DO have courses and certifications for master gardening. My Aunt actually got it and it's QUITE grueling. Requires a bunch of stuff.
Josh, i discovered this while being the only moron to make my own Tuna Potatoes from scratch on the iron earlygame... Cooking sweetcorn gives *fuck tons* of cooking xp...if you're farming some corn and potatoes..take a loot at that.
I think having farming as a passive skill is the best way to go, and your rule of having the banked xp works as a great way to progress the series whilst not skipping it entirely. Keep it up Josh 👍
The best part of the extra farming action is that you can put the item into the compost bin while you harvest it. So when you harvest a patch of watermelons, instead of getting a full inventory, you just get a full compost bin.
I'm super glad you're treating farming as passive (and in a fair way too). There's a point where stubbornly doing grinds becomes just masochism and to the detriment of the content. Some chunk youtubers are forced to make boring updates every level etc just to have a video to release to keep the channel going.
Thank you for rolling off stream! ❤ I always found those streamed reveals pretty hard to watch, always felt like an intense overreaction for the sake of building hype for the audience. This was much better and matched the tone of the series a lot more. I really hope you do this more often. Keep up the great work as always!
Fully support the farming grind decision. I love your dives into obscure details and consistent releases, i do really not want you to drop off the map for half a year!
genuinely the most entertaining runescape series i've watched besides swampletics, even though i dont play runescape much anymore i still come back for each episode, keep it up man!
A bit more context for your yanille pond! i don't strictly know if this is the case for yanille too but, the karamja lake being raised is actually a *fix* back to how it used to be! a very very very old patch actually broke the karamja lake to the one we've gotten used to over the last few years!
Nothing like hearing that intro music after a long anticipated wait between episodes. Genuinely Josh, I think this series will be looked back on alongside Swapletics and One-Man Army. Appreciate every upload
39:02 I noticed this too when I was doing Vorkath! It was a bug that when doing an action and walking 1 tile it would play the run animation instead of the walk animation. They fixed it in the last patch I believe
38:38 for whatever reason, a recent update made it so the ending of any walk animation has your character run. Since picking that potato has you move 1 tile, it's essentially walking and looks like running because of the weird animation! Looks like they must have changed it this week, because today on 11/21 it's no longer occurring but it was happening earlier in the week. edit: looks like you figured it out lol
"Warrior" used to be "Warrior woman" but they changed it to just "Warrior". "Warrrior woman" was it's own class of guard NPC that drops chaos runes and coins. Was a decent training method back in the day.
Gotta admit I love the middle ground of needing to stockpile the seeds needed for 82 farming before moving on since that way you know you have it and don't need to stop everything to get more seeds later (unless you get the absolute worst possible farming rng I guess lol)
Honestly your best shot at farming is if you get lucky and unlock a second patch(catherby?) or a tree/fruit patch(near the gnomes maybe?) to speed the process up a bit.
If you want to maximize your farming xp, you can put regular compost on a patch, and then upgrade it to supercompost for that little bit of extra xp, its not much, but it does add up

Unlocking the 'Background' music track was actually the best chunk unlock you've had so far this series, all time classic
Massive for the account
Me and the homies in the chat were just talking about background soundtrack last night lol
Does watching JoshIsnt count as using a guide? 🤔
not really, chunks are so niche he wont really see meta stuff from wiki so cut him some slack lol
Man's not wrong.
Man who has only ever been to Yannile: "this place gives me Yannile vibes"
You should totally use the Zandar teleport as a method of rolling on Lumbridge. It's not so different from the portals in the Yanille tower, and it's a really weird and obscure piece of content, fitting with the account's exploration of weird and obscure content
Considering that its a repeatable teleport, yeah I would say it counts!
Does it actually take you to Lumbridge though? I'm sure last time I did it, it teleported me near the air altar.
Josh, you commented about the Dark Wizards tower teleport to Lumbridge swamp, but didn't make that chunk unlockable. By the rules of your chunkman account, I'm pretty sure it should be.
Was just coming down to comment this. Also seeing home teleport cast on this account would be so cool
Idk since it’s not an actual portal and more of an event..would it really count?
It might if it is a guaranteed event. You click on a portal and it teleports you to another location consistently; if a brief dialogue option is all it takes to guarantee a teleport, the only mechanical difference is a second click, provided it can be done consistently.
By that same logic, you can get to ferric via castle wars
can we start a petition to have Zandar Horfyres lumbridge swamp telepot as an unlockable chunk roll method, it would be so ammusing and unique to have to take 2 unusual traveling methods to get to the chunk everytime you want to go there :D

15:58 So Lumbridge is a rollable chunk then??
Good point
Guess there is no way to get back?? Chunk wise
@@thomasd5641 For his wizard tower teleports, he has to use the minigame tele back, doesn't he? So it'd be the same
@@thomasd5641 Fishing Trawler minigame teleport?
the karambwanji lake was originally the current flat one, but a bug in an update at some point moved it to sea level, creating some weird slopes. the new stealth updates simply reverted it. i would assume the same is true for the yanille pond.
I remember when I first saw it I thought, “huh makes sense that the weird holy lake would have strange geography. Kinda cool!”
the bug was actually preset in actual 2007scape and was imported into osrs since the beginning. The lake was already fixed on the main game long before it was imported into osrs broken
Rolled my chunck recently which led to the living room. The grind is watch Josh.
Great episode, Josh! As a passive farming chunker myself, I'm glad you're making it passive as well. I do like your approach of getting all the seeds that you needed for you task before moving on. I'd probably do the same if my task weren't to get the farming cape...lol

Perfect! I needed an excuse to not do my job for the next 46 minutes.
Hearing the intro makes me forget all worries
I wanna say he did all the music himself? He has the "ChunkYanille Soundtrack" linked in the description. But yea, that intro song is such a banger. Ngl it's a big part of what got me into the series. Easy to click the next video when you know your ears are about to be blessed.
Today I discovered the unthinkable: Josh has been gaming this entire time
I feel so *lied* to
Top 10 OSRS Betrayals of All Time… Josh B Gamin.
He's been WHAT
Lol
headcannon for the weird house at the entrance to ardougune. Seems potentially like a house that guards sleep in and use in between shifts
that's the vibe I was getting too
that's not head-canon - that's just simply canon. nothing on the world map or any signage, *but* it is identified as such in an easy cryptic clue (the exact wording for the clue mentioning the guard house is "Search the crates in the guard house in northern East Ardougne")

Idk what it is, every time I see a new upload it makes me wanna binge watch all the previous episodes again...
I absolutely love your decission making with the grinds! Not doing Puro-Puro keeps the account more unique and making farming passive gives us as your followers a lot more content to look forward to! Love your style Josh! Love from The Netherlands!

I can't wait for the next episode of Josh Isn't Noir: The case of the Missing Woman Warrior. Really liked The Case of the Rising Pond
use the 'pickpocket guardian' plugin to stop thieving below a certain hp

34:57 Forty-eight 😐 Forty-nine 🐑🦃🚜 Fantastic episode as always Josh
Around 16:00 someone is being congratulated for completing witch's house and it was genuine. what a game
Fun IRL fact. You absolutely DO have courses and certifications for master gardening.
My Aunt actually got it and it's QUITE grueling. Requires a bunch of stuff.
I respect the compromise for farming, none of us wanna wait 6 months for another video just for the sake of it lol
Josh, i discovered this while being the only moron to make my own Tuna Potatoes from scratch on the iron earlygame...
Cooking sweetcorn gives *fuck tons* of cooking xp...if you're farming some corn and potatoes..take a loot at that.

The prayer tip was huge
The best part of the extra farming action is that you can put the item into the compost bin while you harvest it. So when you harvest a patch of watermelons, instead of getting a full inventory, you just get a full compost bin.
Mr Josh, I believe that for more farming exp, you can use compost and then super compost afterwards. You get the exp drops from both
I'm super glad you're treating farming as passive (and in a fair way too). There's a point where stubbornly doing grinds becomes just masochism and to the detriment of the content. Some chunk youtubers are forced to make boring updates every level etc just to have a video to release to keep the channel going.
osrs wiki is probably the most accurate wiki ever lmao
10:00 with this cosmical paradigm shift, my life will never be the same again
a common thing lots of people also do is harvest melons and putting them in the big farming guild compost bin at the same time.
Thank you for rolling off stream! ❤
I always found those streamed reveals pretty hard to watch, always felt like an intense overreaction for the sake of building hype for the audience.

Warriors were called 'Warrior Woman' until recently.

I love when Josh gives real estate tours for all the random houses. "And if you look left the floors are all broken 🤔."
Pretty sure baked potatoes heal like 5hp and you can pick/cook them right there next to the master farmer. Also gets cooking up. ;)
This is one of the few series that I follow fervently every time a new episode comes out :D
Greetings from Argentina
This is definitely my favorite osrs series currently being made. Keep up the good work!
I speak no hyperbole when I say I drop everything when I've noticed you've uploaded an episode - absolutely hyped, thanks Josh!
38:38 for whatever reason, a recent update made it so the ending of any walk animation has your character run. Since picking that potato has you move 1 tile, it's essentially walking and looks like running because of the weird animation!

Woohoo, another blatant example of Josh gaming!
Plot twist, he botted the whole thing
This is one of the very few channels I'll commit full attention to throughout the whole video. Always a pleasure to watch!🎉🎉🎉
Hands down the best OSRS series I’ve ever watched. Get pumped every time I see a new episode!
"Yanille-esque vibe" just call it Yanille-Pilled, Josh
Hope this series never stops!! Truly amazing!
Even if the end is near, I'm glad we got to learn some fun Yanille facts.
By far one of the best series available
What an emotional rollercoaster this episode was
"Warrior" used to be "Warrior woman" but they changed it to just "Warrior". "Warrrior woman" was it's own class of guard NPC that drops chaos runes and coins. Was a decent training method back in the day.
Listen Josh I need you to invent a Time Machine so we can get ChunkYanille episodes every day. Maybe even twice a day if your feeling spicy.
I remember trapping Ardy guards only for them to walk through walls after a few minutes. Good times!
on the bright side, there is an easy clue step in the run-down shack
First use Compost, then Supercompost. Save a month
The sand pile can be used for the speical snowflake one chunk account who decided to set up shop on the corsaire cove :P
Literally just finished watching every video prior in a binge, what luck to have a new episode right as I finish.
That copypasta voice to text in the bank is actually just text to speech of a famous youtube video called "Have you ever had a dream like this?"
Uh that weird fenced in area with all the stumps is where you used to cert logs, kind of like noting items but awfull in runescape classic!
Chunk accounts really do see a raw tuna spawn and a fire and think "Wow! a cooking method!"
Always look forward to these, you're one of the few osrs content creators who don't just post 15 minute videos. Great stuff as always, much love
36:02 I wish I had known this farming harvesting trick before getting to 76 farming, and that my Mom knew about this before getting to 99 farming.
It's never over.
The master farmer is just a chill guy so he isn't wearing his skill cape
He needs the farming pet
New funny Yanille guy episode let’s go!
Yeeeees! Just yesterday I checked your account, I was like ok this episode is taking a while. Blessed to have a new episode. Love you Josh!
Personally kinda glad we don't have to wait six months for a series from Isn't.
this was beautifully done and put together, excited for the next episode! :D
18:29 I am sure this has been said, but he forgot the Lumbridge Swamp chunk from Dark Wizard's Tower.
Pig farming decision dude. Bro ur so talented at making videos pls never stop unless it would kill u 😂🫶🤟
That’s crazy those low level prayers last 33min lol I never knew that. I won’t ever use it obviously but that’s crazy to know
Gotta admit I love the middle ground of needing to stockpile the seeds needed for 82 farming before moving on since that way you know you have it and don't need to stop everything to get more seeds later (unless you get the absolute worst possible farming rng I guess lol)
killer series. you're a great video maker man
Boss makes a dollar, i make a dime, thats why i watch Josh Isn't Gaming on company time
I'm so high and so happy you posted and this has been a great 35 minutes so far.
I think this dude IS gaming. False advertising lawsuit
what if he isn't Josh? What if he is like, Kevin? Josh isn't gaming, Kevin is.
This series is so damn good.
Honestly your best shot at farming is if you get lucky and unlock a second patch(catherby?) or a tree/fruit patch(near the gnomes maybe?) to speed the process up a bit.
I've missed this series!
If you want to maximize your farming xp, you can put regular compost on a patch, and then upgrade it to supercompost for that little bit of extra xp, its not much, but it does add up
With the coal rocks in West Falador Mine, and Nature Runes from the Dark Wizards, maybe the smithing grind should be back in some form?
Damm I wish you best luck with your future chunk rolls! Can't wait this long again for another video!
Great video! Fun series! Thanks for making!
Imagine if that first Master Farmer pickpocket was a Torstol seed.
Great content, you're forgetting a chunk in your picker though! Next to 11 and 12, south west if Falador!
This series simultaneously is putting me closer and further away from starting one myself
I have been waiting for this to drop, checking daily for my fix of josh isn't gaming
You are very entertaining man! Keep it up! You're doing great!!!
I keep coming back for the slappin' tunes.
Every video is a piece of art!! Great job.
Josh, lumby is now rollable since you got that dark wizard tower
What EQ/compression to you use on your vocals? Its so cleaaaannn man 🔥🔥
