Microsoft Banned/Blocked my Xbox Account. Really cool stuff! It makes no sense how one moment, I'm using my account. Next thing you know, it doesn't let me sign back in because of some error. Almost like I'm blocked out of the account. It's worth mentioning that I can sign in to this Xbox account when I'm not connected to the internet/Xbox Live. As is the situation with every banned Xbox account. But I can actually log in to the Xbox Enforcement history page.
I still can't log into the Xbox Ambassadors page and I don't even care anymore. I sent them an email about the badge that's permanently stuck to my Xbox account as a humiliation tactic. But they never responded to the email and I'm pretty sure they read my email. It was a harsh lesson that I learned the hard way. That lesson was to never join the Xbox Ambassador Program. Lesson learned!
In terms of my Xbox account getting banned or blocked, I don't care as much either. It's most likely a temporary glitch and I'm being a paranoid dummy. If it's the latter, I apologize for the Xbox Paranoia. Lol.

Microsoft has no right to ban you from playing games on a console that you paid for and bought. I believe that it would make sense to ban from buying gold or something like that, but making it where you cannot play any games at all is a bit far.

If you're tampering, hacking, starting shit and harassing people, there are going to be consequences. Nobodys gonna put up with that shit. This happens to Sacramento way too much for it to be believable that he is in the right because it seems somebody is always harassing Sacramento. You don't understand that half of the time Sacramento is the instigator, he looks to do this sometimes and I'm sure you've seen multiple videos of him doing that to unsuspecting people, and all the while putting it on the internet and spinning it around like they are disgusting pests and that "They should be getting banned, not me" type shit.

When HE attempted to votekick and basically insult him. Just because his kill got stolen in a game that was made a decade ago. And yet he successfully spun this around as the victim of this man's assault, put it on the internet, and gets all of his UA-cam viewers to believe him. It is crazy that the viewers did, in fact, believe he was innocent because I would not put this on the internet for a second.
I have no doubt about it that Sacramento does this A LOT. And then he starts to cry and call xbox "Ass." When Microsoft does happen to do something about it, because this type of stuff always happens when he is around anyway. It's pathetic. He needs to grow up and take responsibility. He thinks he can make fun of people and put them on the internet just because he has a fanbase. And good ol' Sacramento is always right.

Honestly the ambassador program should just be shut down completely. It's sad how literally anyone can become an ambassador no matter what.

In Europe, it is illegal to ban people from online stuff that they brought, as it would mean you'd be eligible for a refund under EU law.
Say, you brought a game for 49.99 and you get banned from online part of the game, then you'd be eligible for refund as you've can't access the game in part or entirely.
Sucks for people living outside of Europe though.

I used to be an Xbox Insider. You know to get early access to new features and system updates. Until one day my console almost bricked? Not going through all that shit again. And never even considered becoming an Ambassador. The only thing I'm doing these days is achievement hunting or trophy hunting on PlayStation.
I never experienced any issues with my nine-year-old account, which Microsoft locked me out of on February 6, 2024, for no apparent reason. I have been attempting to get my account reinstated by calling customer service, emailing them, and filing an appeal case, but I have not received a response.
I've lost mine after 14 years. Some bot mass reported me, and my account was closed.
So February has been the month hackers have been trying to sign in, and if they failed multipletimes, your account would freeze until you get someone from xbox support to answer, which a lot of us are doing so it might be a traffic jam at this moment.

try this if it is still going on
1. Go to Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off
2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off
3. Wait 1 minute with it off
4. Turn it back on
Then do the procedure below:
MAC Address
Settings » Network Settings » Advanced Settings » Alternate MAC Address » Click Clear
Will ask to restart the console

@@JConnor3105 I got this from Microsoft and give more detail of how its fake and "doesn't work" i posted this in an attempt to help and here you are calling me a liar. and if its from something you experienced then its not the solution to YOUR problem the error code shown for his problem 0x87DD0017 this is the steps given to fix said issue and if you think I'm lying look on Microsoft support and you'll find the same thing i did and there are other fixes recommended but i can't look for every fix for this said issue and post it on here it would take too much time that i don't really have.

But that being said they’re also giving away Xbox exclusives to PlayStation. They’re going to have no exclusives and therefore no reason to ever play Xbox and Xbox fans are going to move over to PlayStation. They are killing off their own brand. I get that they no longer want to consoles and more Xbox away from consoles and move it over to Gaming service like steam with Xbox game pass. We can just play on anything and anything can be an Xbox okay fine, but nobody is going to do that because there is no exclusives. There’s no compelling reason to ever get an Xbox or Xbox game pass because everyone’s account keeps getting banned for seemingly no reason, even if you don’t have exclusives you just offer the far superior service, it’s cheaper with more games and just far better service with more features, but that’s not gonna be relevant if you can’t even sign in because you are banned for no reason people are going to use the service that they are not banned from

The reason why it’s because yeah you can argue well more games for everyone okay yeah sure, but nobody is going to buy an Xbox because it has no exclusives if the PlayStation just has more games, nobody would buy an Xbox Microsoft will be shitting themselves in the foot, it might be the console that you ultimately prefer. You have to really like the console in order to not get a PS5 five. If the PlayStation just has all the same games as Xbox plus more of its own Microsoft will be shooting themselves in the don’t get me wrong, I own an Xbox series X. I love my console and none of the exclusives are very few of them on PlayStation entices me to spend the money on a PlayStation five.
I didn’t buy a Xbox for the Xbox exclusive games fair enough. I bought it for Game Pass and it still has fantastic games but for Microsoft Xbox to depend on Xbox game pass loan for the reason for anyone to buy. An Xbox is dumb. Also it would take as 4 Sony, PlayStation to develop PlayStation equivalent of Game Pass Further or just add more games onto it which they can easily do and nobody would buy an Xbox. I still wouldn’t buy a PlayStation because it’s expensive and my Xbox still plays all the games that I want to, but that’s because I already own an Xbox, but given the time if more games that are exclusive to PlayStation that I really want to play, then I might actually Switch back over to PlayStation
Hear me out for this part. I’m going to speak now as a Xbox fan but I’m going to make some excellent points.
By the way Microsoft, I’ve actually confirmed that they’re going to continue to sell consoles. It’s just they’re turning Xbox into not dedicated console thing, but a game service thing and their consoles are just gonna be like afterthought part of the package if you think part of the Xbox ecosystem if you like. but for them to sell consoles or any other future Xbox products and services they need more than just Xbox game pass to sell they need exclusives. They need good exclusives. Nobody is going to sign up for Xbox game pass regardless if it’s on console or on PC or on tablet or whatever if it doesn’t have good exclusives that PlayStation or steam don’t have growing up, I used to be a PlayStation fan, but I would always buy a Nintendo console as a companion alongside my PlayStation for the good Nintendo exclusives, including Pokémon Mario Zelda Metroid. It just happens that this time round I’m more than impressed with the Xbox series X and Xbox game pass and with it being better now than what it was in 2020 and also you know pandemic having more money no job.
If Microsoft want to win the console, war mean they’ve already lost, they admitted that they lost, but if they still want to stay relevant, then they want to at the very least, give people a reason to get an Xbox console, if they don’t want to do consoles anymore, and if they want to turn Xbox Game Pass into a PC game service like steam Then need to offer exclusives on there. Otherwise people are not gonna buy it and I know people that are big PlayStation fans, but still bought an Xbox or an Xbox 360 because of the fantastic good exclusives that it had back in the day. I know people that have grown up on PlayStation but then switched over to Xbox because of the fantastic exclusives I know people have grown up on Xbox but switched over to PlayStation because of the fantastic exclusives and a couple of stories similar to mine where people would buy either a PlayStation or an Xbox as their main console, but then still buy an Nintendo console because of the fantastic exclusives
Microsoft you don’t want to do consoles possibly in future and turn Xbox from a console into a game service fine. You want to turn into Game Pass fine but give us a reason to buy into Xbox game pass give us good exclusive games. You already spent the money buying up or buying shares of load of game. Development studios no make them work for you , here’s the businesswoman and me coming out now if Microsoft is going to buy tons of shares of Lord of game development studios, they really do want these game studios to make exclusive games for them. They don’t have to make exclusive games entirely for them but at least all of them have to be at least making at least one game each exclusively for Xbox And it doesn’t need to be there. Big main project AAA game but they need their exclusive games to be making their money back from the investment. If you’re just going to be buying up shares from the game development studio and then putting your already excellent exclusive games over on PlayStation your competitor, then you’ve made your investment for nothing, you bought a bunch of studios and to do nothing with them and put your whale establish exclusive that you’ve already got over on PlayStation your flu away your reasons for anyone to ever buy your product. I’m not going to buy the next generation Xbox when I can get onto PlayStation and sign up for PlayStation equivalent of Xbox game pass whatever it’s called because it’s going to offer me more games and it’s going to probably have most likely exclusives of its own the Xbox game pass will just simply not offer so even if you make a console I probably still wouldn’t buy it because it offers me nothing sure Microsoft might be able to make money off the licensing fees of their games that are sold on the PlayStation platform but what Sony is just going to do is quite happily tank the sales of your games on their platform by jumping the price up so they don’t actually have to pay anything out of pocket so they make their profits worthwhile and you make a fraction of what they make from your game
Microsoft if you want your Xbox branding to be excellent and want to sit on the phone once dead. If you want a chance to sit on that phone again not only do you have to make a console. You have to bring a super gaming service Xbox game pass and you also have to offer people of above and beyond super amazing exclusive and make PlayStation fans turn their heads , you can’t just deliver a halo game put on PlayStation and sit back and make expect to make loads of money from PlayStation fans from playing halo or gears of war or Forza on PlayStation because PlayStation will be making more money from that game. You may argue that a console simply doesn’t Turn profit which is true consul don’t actually generate much profit. They’re actually sold at a loss but what makes your money back your games but if you’re gonna put your games on subscription service you need to have good explicit and get people to get to come onto your service get people on Game Pass so even if you don’t release a console you need to deliver an amazing Service not only a good service that is reliable and works and is affordable and is available on more devices to get to more people but it also needs to offer lots and lots of exclusive games. This model of having a lot of exclusive to play works for an Nintendo and they’ve been sitting on the floor above you For the past couple of decades, like even as an Xbox fan still buying Nintendo consoles for the good exclusives that they have take a note of that. If you’re not going to offer exclusives be aware that people are not going to buy into Xbox game pass, even if you don’t release a console no exclusives nobody is gonna buy Xbox game pass because whatever services on PlayStation it’s going to offer everything is game pass plus more of its own and you’re not going to be able to compete with that

This is one of the reasons I stuck with Sony.
My joy of sony is buying a ps3 in 2014 playing only demonsouls for a month, then my account buying $50 of credit for NeverWinter the next month.
Then the rep telling me it wasnt possible for a refund until he finally saw I didnt own a ps4, or play neverwinter, or ip was in a different country. 😅

This is a very microsoft thing. Once I lost my laptop login pin, I couldn't reset it in any way and microsoft has a emty shell called support built from hyperlinks that lead to the same page.

I got a similar error and for me is kinda annoying, since I can't play in the 360 live on my account, and I have to wait TILL AUGUST just so the subscription automatically renews

I have no idea wth happened to my damn account because it randomly disappeared technically, one day I turn on my xbox and I can't see my account profile or anything and when I try to sign in it didn't work and also I have another account (I never use for a long time) it also disappeared that's all I can say because there both just gone no reason, no explanation, no why, it still exist but I can't sign, the only thing I remember before it randomly disappeared was that it kept on telling me on doing a security update but I didn't bothered on doing it and it has been 25 days since that and yeah I had that account for five years just gone out of thin air...
Guys go into privacy settings and block all msgs from nonfriends also opt in for adding someone to msg them by that you wont get into Problems 😅

Some sent my xbox account 3k bot followers which resulted in a perma ban. This is because its against microsoft policy to "manipulate followers." This was not my doing and I was just simply playing a game. I attempted to appeal but got straight up denied. My account has been around since 2011. This is completely unfair and hopefully someday, someone can help me get my account unbanned...

I was an Ambassador and left a year ago. I still had the badge. To remove it you need to rejoin the program and go in settings and remove it. Otherwise, your screwed.
I can’t rejoin because I was kicked off. I emailed the high ranking ambassadors but they just told to me to F off in a nice way. So I’m screwed. :D

Try rebooting your router or force powering off your Xbox. Try again and it might work.

Got reported by a person who was using a Cronus while playing bf1 and I called him out and called him a fkn loser for cheating and he and his buddies mass reported me and Xbox gave me 5 strikes for my first offense and I tried to appeal and they still suspended me. So I’m selling my Xbox x series and picking up a ps5. What sucks is I’m gonna lose all my digital games I’ve purchased

If your appeals don’t work, there’s nothing you can do. If your gamerpic wasn’t bad, it doesn’t guarantee an appeal working. It happened to me before. If there is prior enforcement action on your account, Xbox Enforcement will most likely not grant any appeals. :(

My friends xbox account got blocked and I have it on mine and he tryed to use my xbox and he can't because his was blocked for no reason the only reason u can be blocked is if u play the same game to much because I got a Hold of xbox support some how and they said that they can't do anything about it

Xbox is just poop my friend came over and tried to sign into his account and it wanted him to reset his password then once he did that it wanted him to verify his email then it started saying incorrect password even tho he put the same password word 5 times then it worked on the last try

See if you can find a Xbox or Microsoft customer service number and ask to speak to a human being about the situation, but once you get to someone that can tell you about your account and why or how are you banned don’t say I think that there’s a mistakejust some plates ask, I think there is a an error or miscommunication because my account has been banned and I don’t know why and then further explain that that your Xbox account that you tried signing in, but your consul is telling you to sign in to fix the problem about signing in and then they will be able to tell you exactly if you are properly banned or not and explain to you why and if they do realise that it is an error they might tell you to turn on your consul and attempt to sign in, and then they will tell you exactly how to fix it, and they will probablyfix it, they are in as well I’m gonna say probably I mean most likely you could probably try phoning again in a couple of hours later that day or the next day to speak to someone else
You should have atleast one acount for like your main stuff, to make progress in, and the others you do your youtube or hacker expose videos or whatver so you can try to keep your progress
