Covid-19 took away the personal touch in our business as travelling and meeting our clients face-to-face is restricted. That is why we decided to shoot a film of normal working day at our two terminals. Rhenus Logistics B.V. is a Rotterdam based independent breakbulk and heavy lift terminal operator. Our two terminals function as a cargo hub for project cargo forwarders, shipping companies, offshore companies, OEM’s, steel & metal and paper, pulp & forest products producers and traders.
In the film you can see that Covid-19 isn’t disrupting our daily terminal operations. You can see amongst others our handling equipment and heavy lift cranes working on offshore / steel, breakbulk and project cargoes. It also shows be, the proximity of our Waalhaven terminal to the city of Rotterdam and of the Rhenus Deep Sea Terminal on the Maasvlakte to the Northsea. It also shows the closeness to the container terminals and the different modalities such as truck, train, barge and coaster and the different warehouses at our terminals.
