The government didn't let people die. The government housed many of these people in the first place and provide the public services that saved many of them. Big picture here. It is true to say that people's lives were lost from poor decisions but you need to look at how the fire started in the first place.

The upper class's greed is the reason they needed to be saved or whatever in the first place and greed is the reason the council didn't spend the extra couple pounds on better materials. 25:01 - They're not interested in dialogue, creating understanding, this was an excellent example of that. This show is merely interested in dividing people and labelling them. Left wing, right wing, I think there are hypocrites and corrupter's on both sides, evil isn't subjective, everyone is welcome to be evil, it's not racist like that, everyone can join the club! Instead of 'right' and 'left', what about just being 'correct'? I like to be correct-wing, not left, not right, just correct. Sick of tired of all this bs. "We need to shut our borders to the EU as well, to stop people coming over here that are not actually contributing to the country." Alright bit silly, not everyone who comes here is a scammer and leeches, but who would disagree to reject applicants who won't contribute? You did say you didn't know about statistics, well there's quite a few Brits abroad so...but hey he's speaking sincerely he admitted he doesn't know everything. Can't disagree with rejecting people who don't contribute. (But don't worry, the later clip will cement the idea he thinks all immigrants are scammers). "...that the people here, they didn't come in because of the EU" - Interviewer (cut a bit out) Alright luv, he's just saying he doesn't want people who don't contribute coming to the UK. Which is fair enough, we already have our fair share of bloody criminals here! (and they come in all shapes and sizes) "Not saying they have, you've got facts I haven't, you've got all these statistics I don't, I'm not particularly minded as you are, alright, this is coming from the heart, I feel like a stranger in my own country." (Notice how they cut this clip) "...this use to be a really good white area here." Job done guys, we've discredited him. He's a racist, we don't have to listen to his genuine grievances any more. I felt bad for the guy, he's at a loss to explain what is happening. He's being sincere, give him a chance. Fair enough he doesn't understand, so let's explain it to him. Watching the clip, can you blame him? No wonder he feels like a stranger, most the people in the video are foreign. This is the fault of the government mismanaging immigration. They know immigration is cheap labour, they don't mind fucking over their own citizens, look at our long illustrious history of it. Now I do find 'this use to be a really good white area' distasteful, but I noticed the clip was cut, we didn't get to here the before and after, it's almost as if they are trying to portray a certain picture... But of course, this issue is so complicated marred by a myriad of issues that takes more than a few nice catchy 'sound bites' and sarky comments to understand. It's much easier just to label people rather than understand them. He has genuine grievances, and they should be listened to. Perhaps then, we could tackle those problems and we wouldn't get comments like that. However that's boring, as Pascoe said, 'articulate man makes a great point' doesn't get many views, nor would 'confused man speaks from the heart' as opposed to 'racist says this use to be a really good white area' get as many views. Anyhow I find it funny, comedians are a pressure valve to release tension, I remember a story about when Stalin visited some Eastern European country with some government person, they saw a comedy sketch and the comedian was chastising the government, Stalin asked why on Earth they would allow such a thing?! The man said, comedians release tension, they laugh, they go home, they do nothing, and if they are planning, we know where to find them. I do like to rant.
Shame that he is almost defending halal, Gervais may not be quite as funny, but he cares about animals. You can hate both the Tories and Islam, in fact if you hate conservatism, I've got news for you. Out of the two, Tories are nearly ultra liberals in comparison.
I don't think it's fair to say that ALL Tories are as shit as May is. I'm as leftist as it comes, and sadly the left never wins in my area, but credit where it's due, my MP is a Tory, and she's a really decent person. I quite like her. I would never vote for her, but I'm never really truly sad when she wins, because she does a good job. I disagree with her completely politically, but she does her job competently and is a likeable person. I prefer the recurring Labour candidate we have here, but I don't think it's fair to say the Tory MP sucks. She doesn't, I just prefer someone else.
Yella Dart Ya sure and some Nazis were decent guys and gals as well. But in the end they all pledge allegiance to a ridiculous ideology which supersedes their individual personalities..
+Wyatt Barone That is a slippery slope, Nazis are definitely bad, but remember, that in Germany before and during WW2, EVERYONE was technically a nazi, do be careful with the accusations.
Yes because critical thinking free from selective media bias of this programme, which might feasibly involve listening to the arguments of the majority of the electorate in two national votes is certainly not worth the time discussing.
Home crowd? Funny how he gets the same great response regardless of where he gives speeches, almost like his home crowd is the entire UK. And newsflash: he's saying what we want to hear because he's got views and convictions that we want in politicians. Criticising him for saying what he actually stands for is weak, even for a fascist.
Frankie's dropped the anti-establishment side of his act completely compared to a few years ago. This is the guy who talked at length about the BBC's institutional bias, who said about the BBC "you've got to recognise the role it plays in Britain in propaganda." You have to admit that that aspect has disappeared completely now, this is in tune with BBC's core values and message, without deviation.
Jake Green He's a comedian Jake. You're really taking this too seriously. The Kalergi plan? That's really a conspiracy theory put about by Golden Dawn. I did a bit of research during the referendum , when it was all the rage with ukip supporters.
Jake ..bless yà. You misunderstood my last reply. I read the history of Kalergi. You're the one who believed the conspiracy theory of the far right Golden Dawn. I'm pretty sure you must have heard of them.
Ive been following Frankie Boyle's New World Order episodes from the first. Sitting down with a chinese excited to watch episode 4, and now they say to me channel 4 has blocked episode 4 for my country (rep. of Ireland)
I love this show this right here ladies and gentlemen is why brexit happened just because u voted brexit u are labelled a racist pathetic statement and I hope this show continues because I love watching these liberals rage
Can we have someone with contrasting opinions, this is literally just a left wing circle jerk. It would be nice if they respected and at least have a platform to people with different opinions, so there could be an actual debate.
If you haven't noticed, it's the right that are in power, and an extreme right that we haven't seen the likes of in decades, Brixit was possibly the biggest political/democratic/economic mistake since Neville Chamberlain took Hitlers word for it that he wouldn't march past Poland. this ISSSSS the contrasting opinion!!!!
The jokes rely on heavily slanted half-truths and quite often outright lies. As a centrist, and not a partisan supporter of either the conservatives or labour, and who was open to Brexit but never voted, I hate being propagandised, even if it's veiled behind comedy. I'm all for comedy, but please try to keep it fair. I saw Eddie Izzard live recently in Tokyo and the weakest parts of his show were the political parts. The rest was great, but I felt alienated as someone who tries to keep an objective/non-partisan and true news perspective. Just my thoughts anyway.
Tokyo Arrow enforcing that a show can't express any particular preference either is still pushing an agenda; a centrist agenda. Everyone has an opinion, it's impossible to make it not in way of one opinion or another. This show just happens to be leftist, if you don't like it, watch a centrist show.
I'm actually really surprised that Frankie would do a show called litterally 'New World Order' and be of the nature that it is. How the mighty have fallen. I always knew Frankie liked to push peoples buttons but I didnt think he would willingly be a "mainstream left" propaganda pusher. Its not even nearly as funny as I remember him being in other shows in the past.
Yes revolution, Benjamin I've been saying that too - we people need to get organised asap. it's already happening slowly though. clichéd as it may sound, it also still sounds right: power to the people!
the poet should have been booed for saying that the uk is racist, some of the biggest racists are blavk or asianandarrogant who are very eager to play the racist card to thieradvantage
Gotta figure out if this is a politics show or a comedy show. If politics then he has expressed his opinion and not really been safe, but just says what he believes. If comedy (and you'd think comedy given 3 of the people on it are recognised as comedians/ comediennes) then he played it very safe for frankie Boyle standards. Grenfell fire wouldn't have been a political point about the media or the establishment failing the people, it would have been a BBQ joke or some shit like that. Just depends on how you view the show
So you're saying he should give fake opinions to cater to people like you? He laughs at people like you, that's why you don't find it funny. You're the butt of the joke.

Instead of 'right' and 'left', what about just being 'correct'? I like to be correct-wing, not left, not right, just correct. Sick of tired of all this bs.
"We need to shut our borders to the EU as well, to stop people coming over here that are not actually contributing to the country."
Alright bit silly, not everyone who comes here is a scammer and leeches, but who would disagree to reject applicants who won't contribute? You did say you didn't know about statistics, well there's quite a few Brits abroad so...but hey he's speaking sincerely he admitted he doesn't know everything. Can't disagree with rejecting people who don't contribute. (But don't worry, the later clip will cement the idea he thinks all immigrants are scammers).
"...that the people here, they didn't come in because of the EU" - Interviewer (cut a bit out)
Alright luv, he's just saying he doesn't want people who don't contribute coming to the UK. Which is fair enough, we already have our fair share of bloody criminals here! (and they come in all shapes and sizes)
"Not saying they have, you've got facts I haven't, you've got all these statistics I don't, I'm not particularly minded as you are, alright, this is coming from the heart, I feel like a stranger in my own country."
(Notice how they cut this clip)
"...this use to be a really good white area here."
Job done guys, we've discredited him.
It's time to become more revolutionary? Jesus Christ why are people applauding this?
FB and BZ are both AMAZING
Describing May's husband as "gay Dangermouse" - hamster-crushingly funny.
Wyatt Barone a bit like the snp then?
Loathe of Bread Cheryl Gillan - Amersham and Chilterns
the irony of the leader of Britian First eating foregin food
Frankie looking pretty G with Benjamin going for the old shoulder bump
What happened Frankie? This is almost not even comedy just propaganda.
Thundersub I was thinking the same used to love him on mock the week ect!
He’s always been politically aware in loads of interviews it just the first time he’s been able to express them on a big platform
Thundersub if you'd ever read his article's he has always expressed these views he has just been more confined by the BBC in the past
_Guys, why is this show about Frankie Boyle's politics all full of Frankie Boyle's politics?_
Yes because critical thinking free from selective media bias of this programme, which might feasibly involve listening to the arguments of the majority of the electorate in two national votes is certainly not worth the time discussing.
Funnily enough, not everyone that voted out did it for racist reasons. Still, don't let facts get in the way of a cheap gag.
no some of them did it out of general fuckwittery
The big guy is called Ish, and he's a very nice man. He wrote an amazing book about the real history of our notting hill.
I still laugh at the message on the wall.
All Corbyn does is virtue signaling.
he was literally out there protesting with the miners during the miners strike do some research
I remember when frankie was edgy.
No. You remember when you thought Frankie was on your side.
ur just an idiot
Love this show! Frankie speaks the truth and doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks and I love that!
Benjamin bringing back memories from gcse poetry
Shoulda shown the rest of the corbyn's speech, it was amazing.
I read that in Mark Corrigans voice
Just another politician telling another home crowd what he already knows they want to hear mate.
jedaaa Funny how Theresa May can't seem to find a "home crowd" that wants to hear what she's got to say
Home crowd? Funny how he gets the same great response regardless of where he gives speeches, almost like his home crowd is the entire UK. And newsflash: he's saying what we want to hear because he's got views and convictions that we want in politicians. Criticising him for saying what he actually stands for is weak, even for a fascist.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas. OOPs, that should be a diverse winter holiday.
What do you know about my size? Apart from White Christmas and Whiter Shade of Pale what other music should I listen to?
I wasn't aiming my comment at you, I was aiming at the guy who replied, but I salute your humour good sir! We all need a good laugh :)
Frankie is the funniest government agent since Hicks. Keep calm, no one died.
How dare he call himself an anarchist and then call for leaders!
A lot of triggered right wingers on here. If you don't like it why are you watching it?
Domwbafc
They're hate fapping 😖
What well thought out arguments exactly? I haven't seen any.
He used to be funny, that’s why I watched.
M1st3rB3nn a massive pay cheque helps to smooth the waters.
Jake Green Why are you here exactly? You clearly don't like this comedian.
Jake. World's getting smaller mate. All this Nationalism stuff is a bit regressive.
Oh dear. It's only been 2 minutes and I came already.
Ive been following Frankie Boyle's New World Order episodes from the first. Sitting down with a chinese excited to watch episode 4, and now they say to me channel 4 has blocked episode 4 for my country (rep. of Ireland)
I love this show this right here ladies and gentlemen is why brexit happened just because u voted brexit u are labelled a racist pathetic statement and I hope this show continues because I love watching these liberals rage

nick mccormack Your profile picture says it all...
Reg O we are building a wall to keep their grammar out too
nick mccormack learn English ffs
crisisofconsciousness no he has a total lack of grammar so go fuck yourself
Can we have someone with contrasting opinions, this is literally just a left wing circle jerk. It would be nice if they respected and at least have a platform to people with different opinions, so there could be an actual debate.
how?
If you haven't noticed, it's the right that are in power, and an extreme right that we haven't seen the likes of in decades, Brixit was possibly the biggest political/democratic/economic mistake since Neville Chamberlain took Hitlers word for it that he wouldn't march past Poland.
this ISSSSS the contrasting opinion!!!!
stolen from Russell Howard i see....you have good taste
Peter Morrell I think they'd prefer to stick to facts and accuracy.
jedaaa The right is in power???? Wtf are you smoking? Can I have some?
Great comedy. Great satire.
A different level of morality
Whatever Weeaboo.
melancholics_ Well said.
UKFreedomFighters he's not mainstream left, he's quite extremist left. He always has been, openly so.
melancholics_ He’s been pro Palestine for years, too.
Chicken Tikka Masala of course is a traditional English meal consumed by the English since the Tudor times.
Yes revolution, Benjamin I've been saying that too - we people need to get organised asap. it's already happening slowly though. clichéd as it may sound, it also still sounds right: power to the people!
3 years later, this comment hasn’t aged well.
the poet should have been booed for saying that the uk is racist, some of the biggest racists are blavk or asianandarrogant who are very eager to play the racist card to thieradvantage
you went for the safe option Frankie. very disappointed.
+Liam Roby What, by expressing his political views?
What? Fuck you.
ScoopMeisterGeneral Exactly!! Easy way to get laughs. Not what real comedy should be about. Comedy in the 70's and 80's was rarely political.
You're the butt of the joke.
love BZ he is so on the ball but speaks so simply.
The more Frankies beard grows the more his maturity does too.
