What RAW Pro Vocals ACTUALLY Sound Like! | The Story Brandi Carlile Cover by Alice Price

In a world of editing nipping and tucking everything, you very rarely find vocalists who show their voice without autotune, eq, compression heavily mixed and edited! It's the new norm and standard for putting things up on the internet!
For any vocalists out there who want to share their voice and talent, I wanted to share a video without any mixing, editing or autotuning just with the room sound (the thing in my hand is a Bluetooth speaker).
It can still sound great and I think it's important that we don't forget the 'humanness' of the voice. There is no such thing as the perfect singer, every voice makes human mistakes no matter how good they are. I often actually love hearing the way vocals sound raw and unedited like the old days!!
For people who compare their voices with a world of heavily autotuned vocals. I just wanted to post a cover of uncut singing to feel ok with being imperfect and listening to recordings of the flaws can improve your ear and feel ok with not always being perfect!!
I may post a few unedited covers, it's very fun doing them and a bit liberating! It's like being naked! Haha!
