It's absolutely amazing and in a lot of ways even better than american pop. If you need any tips about where to start to... I'm happy to answer :) Don't do it by yourself. Some MVs of Kpop might ruin the image of the industry if you watch them first. Cause some things are a little harder to digest by newbies (the amount of references and metaphors can be absolutely overwhelming).

When I watched it, I see that had adressed many things: Kayne West and Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Spotify (she had problems with streaming companies when she claimed they didn't pay artists fairly), Demi Lovato (who said this word, squad. The motorcycle scene reminded me of Lovato's video Confident). At the end, she adresses herself and shows us she is aware of her critcs. And does not give a shit for it. I really have never seen Taylor Swift like that. I loved it soo much!

If you like Taylor and all the "long term game" of smart people, shade, great videos and great music, then you should check out KPop music. It's absolutely amazing and in a lot of ways even better than american pop.

Don't do it by yourself. Some MVs of Kpop might ruin the image of the industry if you watch them first. Cause some things are a little harder to digest by newbies (the amount of references and metaphors can be absolutely overwhelming).

Hey! This video is epic!! I think my only negative commentary would have to be with the song itself. It felt a little repetitive, especially toward the end. Other than that, this is probably the best Taylor Swift song I've ever heard. The video, though. Oh man, so amazing.
It feels like it was by some K-pop music videos. You should look up G-Dragon's "One of a Kind." In that music video, there's a scene where he's smashing glass cases that each display an outfit from his previous music videos.
The car crash scene is about the media only being interested in the downfall of celebrities. She literally “crashes and burns” (the car explodes but she walks away before it can burn her), and the paparazzi just stand there taking pictures. She is holding the Grammy because people say she only writes about being the victim (she crashed her own car so it’s her fault but she still gets an award out of it). Genius metaphor

There is sooo much in it that you can't get it all in one watch. Watch almost frame by frame and look at all the details. Lots of TS and 13s in background like in the smoke. As for the bank vault and streaming. She fought the streaming companies for better $ for the artists and got a lot of grief for it. There is $1 in the bath of jewels representing her case. I am sooo proud of her. I love that you are a guy and picked up on a lot of stuff that typically most guys fans don't. Good job! And I loved watching your enthusiasm. Nicely done.
