Hii you can use it for babies above 4 months as they can control their head. And if they are sleepy you can put them inwards so that your chest also supports the baby's head. My baby had fallen asleep while I was carrying him and I had no problem. So I guess you can go for it
Hi ishika, the baby carrier can be used after the baby is 4 months old so that he/she can support his/ her neck though the chest of the mother supports the neck. You can use this carrier this is a good one.
