Hello Andreas! The lots are all the same size and unfortunately they don’t qualify for confotur. HOA is $200 per month. Sosua ocean village has confotur and their lots start at $65,000.
Are the 2 bd/ 2 bath at 177k or is that the starting price of these condos for 1bd/1ba? We looked in Punta Cana a few months ago and coming back to look again in December. Thank you
All prices are gringo prices. Everything is inflated. If you pay in pesos they charge more so when they exchange peso’s for American dollars. They still make even more money.
in the tourist zones all prices are in USD. $177,000 is not overpriced for these units. Not sure why you think construction materials and lots in gated communities (5 minute walk to the beach) would be so much less because we are in the Dominican Republic. If anything many items have to be imported. But clearly not for you 🤷♀️
Nice! Coming to Sosua in a few months. Definitely gonna look into these townhouses.👍🏾👍🏾
Great! Reach out happy to show them to you. Joanne.remaxdr@gmail.com

Hi Joanne, do you know if the end units have larger lots? Do they qualify for confotur? Are there HOA fees? Greetings from Germany

Yes the 2 bedroom 2.5 bath are $177,000 the 3 bedrooms are starting in the $210,000 range.
Only a sucker would pay 180,000$ dollars for those units. Be smart people those are Gringo prices
Why do you say that? I wanting to retire there. Anything you can share would be helpful?
The ones in the video are sold out. They were well priced and a good value.

Don’t like the layout not enough living space and storage in the bedrooms is very limited
