The major con with Six Flags Over Texas is that the leadership has been inconsistent in the past two years. Ron McKenzie was the last Park President who lasted more than a year, and he left for nebulas shadowy reasons. Since he left in the early months of 2022, the park kind of has been in a holding pattern. Things that he spearheaded like Pirates of Spelunker Cave seem to be left to rot while inquires about whether it will reopen are said to be always sometime over the horizon as oppose to a concrete date. I do not think Richard J. Douaihy will last long since he doesn't seem to have a long term goal for the park.
No one gives a fuk about leadership, they care about rides.

Great Video! Six Flags Over Texas has great rides and has a lot of history about the park! I'm thinking about taking a trip there in the future!
Believe me, fiesta Texas is so much more worth it and is a beautiful park. Best park in Texas easily!
this is the worst amusement park in all of america, avoid getting scammed at all costs, notice they took down google reviews. 2 hour long wait per roller coaster.

Six Flags started out doing GREAT shows in its parks. AstroWorld excelled in that even b4 Six Flags owned them. I was concerned about shows when they bought Fiesta. To bad about SpeeLunker's (I thought they'd learned their flood plain error from Yosemite Sam's????!!!!!!!???????

Avoiding all the cringe gay stuff they’re doing in June is the only reason not to go this month.
I think if you live in the area or are already planning a trip to Dallas it’s worth the visit. But would recommend SFFT over SFOT
