One of my favorite movies Drishyam Malayalam version did not even collect half of attarintiki daredi (Pawan Kalyan) which got released in the same year. One of the biggest hits in Malayalam puliMurugan collected less than Pawan Kalyan’s flop movie in the same year ‘Sardar gabbar singh’. Please check the stats.
If you are trolling Pawan Kalyan, here is my answer. Pawan Kalyan/Rajinikanth are kind of actors that cannot be compared with others. They have a separate stardom that cannot be explained. If you want apples to apples comparison, compare Mohan lal with Chiranjeevi in terms of dance, fights and acting but not with Pawan Kalyan. There is no Pawan Kalyan/Rajinikanth in Malayalam cinema. There are no super stars /crowd pullers in Malayalam. There are only strong stories and wonderful actors. Coming to Pawan Kalyan, if you want to see his poise , watch Gopala gopala, if you want to see his attitude/swag watch Badri, if you want to see his fights/mannerisms , watch kushi. I can suggest a lot more if you can understand Telugu as comedy is one of his best and you can watch gabbar singh , Jalsa etc etc. His aura and philanthropy adds more to his capabilities as an actor similar to Rajinikanth.
Biju menon is a villain/ character actor in Telugu and Pawan Kalyan is no match. They only took the soul and nothing else.
I don’t think any of mentioned ones in video is a fair comparison and hence wanted to add my 2 cents.
I believe sensibilities are different in each film industry and they should be respected and not trolled. Again, I am a fan of Malayalam cinema but that does not mean I agree telugu cinema/actors are any less. Especially, Pawan Kalyan !
Dude we even troll Mohanlal and mammootty movie CHARACTERS in malayalam movies if they are bad. You can check some bad malayalam movies by then and the troll. First of all a kind request , don't treat actors like Gods, they are not. Another thing criticizing and trolling CHARACTERS not the actors themselves is good so that these stars be it Mohanlal or Pawan Kalyan don't take the audience for granted.
