If you know some easy scales and box style patterns Hell I don’t even know how to read tabs I’ve been playing for a few years I’m only 19 though LOL but holy shit a metronomeHelps out so much with building rhythm and getting your picking and patterns cleaner for when you jam with your buddy who has a drum set ha ha

forearm gave out at 140
I was practicing sweep picking and got 180
got to about 136
This isn't that easy learning these at first
i failed at 116 dayumm
