Rwby is somethin I hold dear to my heart... Its controversies and what not that have come around it certainly made me develop a more critical perspective on the series and how its handled... But at the end of the day. I love it. I love Rwby. Thanks for this video. Loved the music. Touched my heart

Whether you've seen the anime or not, you can probably tell there's a weight to each of these four songs. The stories, tragedies, and triumphs of each character as they fight for what they believe in. The conflict between what's right in their world and the Grim. Ruby has one of the most tragic stories out of the group yet her strength allows them to push forwards. She hides her sadness through tears and bravery. Her songs resemble her life, given through music and color. The love for the creator of this show and his death continues the story today. Welcome to the fanbase :).

I think it is the most tragic because all Ruby wanted to do was protect the people, but in her eyes she (probably) feels responsible for the pain everyone's been through, especially as a team leader, and yet through it all she is STILL keeping herself optimistic which is quite sad because she hasn't really been given a chance for emotional release for how she is feeling. Even her song is sad 🙃 Blake has had time to grow into a less tragic character but Ruby really hasn't had time for change, because she thinks she has to be a strong team leader. She's obviously afraid of losing anyone else though. All the characters have some kind of tragic story though, I'm not saying Ruby is the only tragic one. Ren and Nora also have tragic stories but they've always had each other's backs when they needed each other, and.... Yeah.... I went in a rant 🙃
Also Blake -kind of- had a choice to leave earlier but she didn't (I know I know, justice tho) and she had been able to hide being a faunus for a while

IDK i still don't think Ruby has the *most* tragic story? please try to convince me (i mean it).
And i also think that the show didn't give Ruby enough air time. i mean They went through Blake's personal problem, they went to team JNPR a LOT,and they _kinda_ involved Raven a lot in the last episodes of Vol.5. I DO like how the show isn't always 'Ruby-centered stories' kinda thing, but this is too off. That's probably why i can't see Ruby as the char with most tragic story. (Do remember I've only finished vol 5, and haven't seen 6. are there any Ruby-problems in vol.6?)
I believe that the human spirit is indomitable. If you endeavor to achieve, it will happen given enough resolve. It may not be immediate, and often your greater dreams is something you will not achieve within your own lifetime. The effort you put forth to anything transcends yourself, for there is no futility even in death.
Sad how WRONG Monty was with that quote. After his death the show slowly lost quality. The writers are trying to fix their mistakes only for the result to feel forced because of how much garbage there was in the backlog. And now the shippers are slowly taking over to the detriment of the story with most of the people who originally worked closely with Monty having left RT. No futility in death my ass, his end marked the end of the show's slow improvement and it's slow decent into mediocrity and worst.

Like the Cinder and Neo fight, where at the end, you think, awesome fight and villain teamup. Then the nonsense with the giant Grim Kaijuu and the Atlas bot happens. As to his words about the shipping, personally I do think Bumblebee is viable, and heck, there is an artist called KumaFromTaiwan who draws an alternate RWBY comic called Henceforward that I really like and ships WhiteRose and Bumblebee and I really like that comic of theirs. Unfortunately, I think RoosterTeeth really did the shipping at the worse moment possible. Firstly, the scene where Adam removes his mask requires the rest of the team to be present, not just Blake and Yang. Weiss needs to be there to see the horrors her family has done in pursuit of profit and Ruby needs to be there to provide emotional support for Yang because she wasn't there for her sister when Yang lost her arm the first time. Having the scene only have Blake and Yang just because they wanted to make the shipping is a terrible decision. Secondly, they really chose the worse possible moment to do the scene since they only just retconned Aura and give Adam the most humiliating death possible while hoping that the shipping would save the scene. It just doesn't work. Especially when the setup is missing. Remember when Blake ran away at Vale? Where is the confrontation between Yang and Blake that is required so that they can get their emotions out at each other and come to an understanding of each other? So that they can start relying on each other and thus eventually develop a relationship that way? In the Henceforward manga I read, I loved the shipping because Blake kept running away and Yang consistently chased her. Blake believes she should hide in the shadows forever since she will keep hurting everyone, but Yang illuminates that darkness like the sun she is and drags her out of her despair. That is why I love Bumblebee in that manga, it just works because of the contrast between them and how they are dependent on each other. And that is why I dislike Bumblebee in the show, no setup and thus no payoff during the scene. The story was never exactly great during the earlier Volumes while Monty was around but they actually consistently improved, always stepping forward and not one step backward. The awkwardness of the dialogues, the goofiness of the characters, it all fit the style at the time, hell, the food fight was spectacular purely on the basis of how goofy it was. People enjoyed it because of the promise of what RWBY could be. Now we never see anything light-hearted, it's all dark and gloom. It's like you were watching KonoSuba but it suddenly became Berserk and a very inferior Berserk at that. The people of RoosterTeeth made the characters take themselves so seriously that its laughable how the show is today. The villains are straightup incompetent and as a result, the heroes don't look special. Cinder gets rekt every season without fail, half the League of Villains are down, and Adam gets shanked by two huntresses that never even graduated Hunter Academy. And these are the guys that plotted and actually destroyed an entire city protected by the strongest Hunters in the world. See the issue there.

Awesome work as always! As a fan of RWBY, I found your channel when you made your 'CLRS' orchestration and I dont regret finding this channel at all! You making 'JRNY' later on and now an orchestration for all 4 main characters of RWBY really solidies how much I love this show and your work! As a suggestion for a future orchestration, maybe you could do something from the games Halo or Destiny? Both of which have such amazing tracks, I reckon you'd be able to pull something amazing off with them!

I love how you re-imagine different motifs! The jazzy opening for This Will Be the Day caught me off guard in the best way. 😁 In your other RWBY songs, I had only heard themes featured up through Volume Four, so it was also delightful to hear Indomitable referenced! Amazing work as always! 🌟
As someone with WAY too strong an attachment to this show, this literally made me tear up. I thought your other orchestrations were amazing, but this is on a whole other level!

I hope one day RWBY can return to it's former glory. I've been a fan since the beginning when people said it was stupid because the animation wasn't top tier, but I saw the potential this series has. The story and world that it was trying to build. I fell in love with it. This arrangement I believe is such a good reflection on what the world was and the world I hope it can be again. Even if RWBY never turns goes back to it's former glory, it will always hold such a special place in my heart.

As a suggestion for a future orchestration, maybe you could do something from the games Halo or Destiny? Both of which have such amazing tracks, I reckon you'd be able to pull something amazing off with them!

I love how you re-imagine different motifs! The jazzy opening for This Will Be the Day caught me off guard in the best way. 😁 In your other RWBY songs, I had only heard themes featured up through Volume Four, so it was also delightful to hear Indomitable referenced! Amazing work as always! 🌟

I hope one day RWBY can return to it's former glory. I've been a fan since the beginning when people said it was stupid because the animation wasn't top tier, but I saw the potential this series has. The story and world that it was trying to build. I fell in love with it. This arrangement I believe is such a good reflection on what the world was and the world I hope it can be again. Even if RWBY never turns goes back to it's former glory, it will always hold such a special place in my heart.
