- So, we finally took the ride out to Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Stopped in the cool little town of Keystone for lunch at Cruisers Pizza. Had a minute, or so we thought, to stop in Hill City Harley and at the Mangy Moose for a beer. Don't think it would have made a difference if we drove straight through, because we had to ride through a brutal rain/hail storm. Made it home safe, got to see the monuments and stop in a couple of really cool places. Thanks for watching, enjoy.

Thanks for your sharing information, my wife and I used to stay at Custer crossing camp grounds. Went to sturgis 7 yrs in a row 1997 to2004. Lots of good memories. Thanks from Two Dogs and two moons

Rat Fink 😂 maybe. It’s a very large project. The family that did Rushmore is doing crazy horse and they are doing it all by donation no gov money. Made a lot of progress but it’s so huge it’s hard to tell

What I want to know how much it costs to put a travel trailer in sturgis for a week
the earlier the better, like right after the rally. A year in advance is not unheard of but the norm. I spent 675 for 8/3-8-17 at Glencoe. 50 amp full hookup site.
Wanted to make the trip, but ran out of money, LOL, maybe next year.
Like the video, but seriously get a camera with some electronic stabilization. I got a little motion sickness.
