M’am The GRWM segment was exactly what I needed to hear🥹 I’m the same age as you and let me tell you.. I’m always alone and I thought maybe there’s a problem with me and I always found myself myself getting in unnecessary situationships/friendships just because I felt like I needed to around people all the time. But listening to you now gave me so much comfort gore noh mahn ketlo ba sharp and that there’s time for everything. Maybe this is the time for me to focus on what genuinely makes me happy and the things that will make me a better person. So thank you so much for that❤️

I am a 29 year old single mum of 1 who came out of a 4 year relationship,it became toxic towards the end for the both of us. I am still healing,learning to appreciate myself,appreciating my freedom,being alone,I am doing what I call Empowerment daily tasks like meditating,praying,reading,manifestations etc and it feels sooo empowering to be selfish! And it feels so good to empower yourself. Plus I am about to start therapy again but I need to work on grooming myself like being intentional of what I wear,the perfume I want to put on,make sure my hair looks good etc...I am working it lol.
