remember story is for your performance. play without losing to get special meters. 60 wins 120 wins. i got my meter after 60wins. im not sure how many special meter there is. you can also join events so get special item like nametag or meter. now for ghost racing next to story, you win those so can get upgrades on visual. the higher the level, more choices on upgrades like neon, body kit, painting, rims.
