Those seats look really good! Is there something you can't repair? Your videos are very inspirational. Before warching this video I would have thrown the seats away without thinking twice. Thank you! Great content!
Thanks you José! Haha yes... there is plenty of stuff i cant repair, at least not in the first try.... but I really dislike it when i cant so sometimes I just keep on trying and trying and trying.... Im not always very good, but always very persistent ;)
@@SeasideGarage You still did a great job, but I felt your pain! My seat experiences are with replacing the seat bottoms of Saab seats that collapse, with a spring mat with impossibly strong springs, and 2CV seats which are very easy. I have repaired a Panhard seat which had more hog rings than your Renault. A pity the International Saab meeting which was to be in Denmark had to be cancelled!
Looks great. I'd be happy with that for a first time. Shouldn't be long now until we here that Turbo whistling down the road 😉👍
Thanks! Yea lets hope! :D

Wow! Great job with the restoration. The result is amazing!
Thanks!
The seat is looking much better than it did originally.
Thanks Steven! :)
Hog Rings! So much easier with Hog ring pliers! Well done.
Yes... in hindsight i should really have invested in one of those... I really messed my finger/hands up doing it with the wrong tools! haha ;)

Yes! I wish i still had my saabs still... Lovley cars.
Yea the 2cv seat is a Joy to fix... So simple and yet sooo comfy!
Mange tak Jesper!
where buy seat covers from?
Gt Turbo Parts from Spain. :)
how do you remove back seat?
Bolts at the front lower end.
The backs slide off the metal case - the seat belt holders are just pop off once you can access the foam
J en revient pas que depuis ca naissances elle c est ce renouveler
