If you ever want to build a cottage, log cabin house i got a plot and a budget of 200k for you. (Could always work a little bit) I got the Multiple floors, Advanced placing, Large plot and Basement gamepasses aswell.
Tip: if u wish to give more let the person go to your house make either a stocking or bag and put money in it and let them collect it ❤ hope this helps!!

Next house recommendation:a fancy modern house that you can spend more than 20k its on your choice to choose how it looks like inside rooms and sperate the rooms and put a door that isn't a door but have a like square-half circle to separate the kitchen and living room and put normal doors for the bedrooms and bathrooms
