I'll be releasing a full scale paid dashboard course soon! Signup if you want early access (will be limited to x amount of students): forms.gle/iPPQtHjP4GF6ukgAA
hi@@markyentzer6558 you can book a consult call here - and if we end up working together I'll deduct the call cost from the project cost! Thank you! clarity.fm/hustlesheets
Did you end up releasing this course? Is it something that can be purchased now? I could not find on your website as it appears to be under construction. But I assume you'd host the course on Udemy or some other platform. Really appreciate what you've put together here. Thank you!
Just subscribed... Brilliant tutorials. I was one of those that thought I was a wizz on a spreadsheet, when watching these tutorials it makes me realise I probably only know about 0.01% of spreadsheet powers. Love it.. Thank You
I am an administrator in high school education, and this video has really impacted the way I am approaching my current end of year project. Thanks so much for this!
This video is indeed what I need. And your step-by-step elaboration, including even the errors that we need to know, so as to not getting panic, is ssoooo enriching. Thank you so much ... I cannot express my thanks to you more ... Subscribed right away !!
Just a quick note for those that actually made this themselves with their own data and something that I barely caught on prior to my meeting in a week: If you want the filters to work on your weekly dashboard, you either have to: A) Add more TRUE filters in additional columns in your data worksheet OR B) Duplicate the data worksheet and then change the sheet name that you are referencing from the monthly dashboard to the WEEKLY dashboard. That way, you are referencing the cells in the weekly dashboard, and you can filter accordingly within that worksheet without having to rely on the monthly dashboard to filter out what you are wanting to filter out. I personally went with B. It was less painful to just type in the sheet name then trying to reinput the formulas perfectly. Hope this helped someone.
Oh this is actually super helpful to read before I make these filters. I think since I will be exporting data out of my ERP....it will make it easier to go with A, but this is just helpful to be prepared for.
this video and previous video is extremely helpful for me in creating dashboard.I have been watched many but finally I found and fell in love with it.Thanks alot for sharing this.
SO for the dates so they can appear like the way you formatted them, you just add a helper column where you simply type = the cell that contains the results of sort(unique) and you take that range in the dropdown menu it will work
This is great video and step by step guide in details is just to next level for anyone looking similar idea.

I love watching your videos! I work hard trying to do better in sheets, and I get so much out of your tutorials. Thanks for sharing the knowledge! :) Trying to work something out now and it's driving my crazyyy but I continue watching so I can learn more. Subscribed, definitelyyy!!
its very big helped, thank you so much! i love your voice haha just fell in love with your voice ,haha i mean your video, well explained everything. its very amazing.😘
Thank you so much. Was really helpful. Is there a way you can create a dashboard by days in a month instead of MTD. Filtering it individually by days in a week instead of per month.
yeah I think I understand the question... the pie chart would just show the top X number of categories and group the rest under "rest of categories" scrolling chart... I think Gsheets released a scrollable table recently that does this
For anyone in the same situation as me: I had certain exports that didn't break down perfectly (eg: I wanted to see sales in the institutional segment but couldn't match the word directly with my data)...this formula worked perfectly for the True/False filters. The regexmatch let's you match partial strings =arrayformula(If(P2:P="",,IF(Weekly_Dashboard!$H$6="All",TRUE,if(regexmatch(D2:D,Weekly_Dashboard!$H$6),TRUE,))))
Hi Michael i would love to purchase your template. But how do i get the template similar to the one you have made in this video's example? The purchase link is slightly different design wise.
kudos, this is great man. I was wondering how you could: 1) include the entries that are after the first day of the ending month. And 2) how could I display all time data, or from one month to the last entry, kinda like adding an end of month filter, so if you don't choose an end of the month it will still display data.
Hey HustleSheets. This dashboard tutorial has been a game changer for us at work! thank you very much I do have one question though! at 48:43 you are linking the data validation to the queries with DATES. However, at my workplace we are wanting to filter our Stages of jobs. So instead of entering AND P >= DATE """&text(E2,"yyyy-mm-dd")&""". What would I enter if I wanted to filter out different stages of jobs / filtering out text?
Thank you very much. This was very informative and helpful for me. Could you please create a video to explain on how to create a dashboard for IT Services - to track incidents, changes, problems, the SLA etc.,
At 1:11:50 you add up the totals of the query columns. When I do this, the sum function does not show the right numbers after I add the filters for sales agent, lead source, etc. Any idea how to fix this??
is their a way to add another column for a second sales rep. essentially two reps per lead. so one lead with two reps would be counted as half a lead. and if a single rep was on a lead it would count as 1
Hi. I'm designing a charity competition on Google sites using mainly Google sheets. All basically good except I'm using a drop down list on one page. It works on PC and tablet but doesn't seem to work on mobile. Any thoughts
It's so weird that I thought of Dunder Mifflin while watching your last video though it wasn't mentioned (was it?) and here you've mentioned it. Great course btw.
Hello, could you help me? I am placing the following formula =SPARKLINE(E31;{"charttype"\"bar";"color1"\"black";"max"\MAX(E$31:E)}) But when dragging my formula the graphs remain the same size. What am I doing wrong?
hi Hustlesheets I have a beginner question, I am trying to build an amazon dashboard and I want to create slicers of months \ years \ days 1 of the reports I am downloading from amazon has this date\time format Jan 1, 2023 2:42:12 AM PST and some of the other reports have a month as a number 1,1, 2023 Do you have a tip for me on how to split the date and change the JAN to 1?
This is a slick way to use the program! I'm jotting down cool ideas to try. How well does QuickBooks integrate with Google Sheets? I assume you have to use add-ons? Have you ever created a dashboard for a trucking company?
Absolutely love your videos. I love numbers and analyzing data, however I have never been able to make it function in a way that I had a vision for. You've helped me understand a lot about Sheets, and I've even changed roles at my job because of an ability to present data that makes sense. THANK YOU
also can i group by month for a product? so its like become a 2 group in one query and sum the sales, so the grouping for each month can be a breakable to each products. I wish to hear an answer from you or anybody got it. Many thanks for the video and the high effort
Thanks for sharing! Is there a way to use a cell reference in query where matches but have the cell reference be a partial match to the reference column. Maybe the cell reference to the matches query is like "...where D matches "*"&$E2&"*""...? Tried using contains but that's not populating the correct desired results. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! - Jared
Would query Sales Person using CONTAINS work as well? If so what is the difference compared to your method by checking if it is TRUE or not? Amazing video btw!
Hi, could you help me with this, I have 4 columns with checkboxes "true or false values", and a columns with text, I want to use Query to count true values on all 4 columns and group them in text column.
On a Mac it’s Command + Shift + Down Arrow, then Command + D. But that only fills it with the same value as the top cell. If you want to drag down a formula then you have to drag it down with a mouse as a far as I know. If you’re on a PC, replace Command with Control
Great tutorial! Thanks for sharing. Is there a way to download this dashboard in excel without compromising on the formatting of the charts? Please do let me know if this is possible. Thanks!!
for the repetitive formulas, instead of dragging it the whole way down, i think we can replace it with an arrayformula? anyhow this is the best vid tutorial
Hi! sorry, one more question. Everything on the Dashboard gets messed up if I add a column to the sales sheet or if i move the columns around. Is there anyway for google sheets to intuitively change the cell values along with the changes I make?
I'll be releasing a full scale paid dashboard course soon! Signup if you want early access (will be limited to x amount of students): forms.gle/iPPQtHjP4GF6ukgAA

🐐🐐🐐 bought your dashboard on Etsy and using this to customize everything to my business. You're the man!

I was able to create my first spreadsheet as a general manager. Thanks a lot! Kudos on using Dunder Mifflin.
Thanks amazing! Happy to hear :) feel free to comment any other questions or videos you want to see
you helped mi a lot with that helper column "TRUE" to filter data.. thanks dudeeee

Thank you a lot! I have learned a lot from this Video. BTW, I spent yesterday 5 and today 7 hours to understand it fully.
Master of google sheets here thanks for everything

This help me so much... I made my usable DB😍

Master trick for Query Function, really like so easy now.
Life saver. Thanks a bunch man! Enjoyed working through the entire video. And it was funny how the header conditional formatting kept turning white
Smart trick to use optional filters! Great job.
This is great video and step by step guide in details is just to next level for anyone looking similar idea.

This video was more than helpful! game changer for me!
Was great and easy to follow - tried but somehow I am making mistakes or not enough data...shall keep practicing though
rarely comment on youtube, love you man
20 minutes in and I’ve already learned SO much 🤩 Thank you!!!

youre a legend man, thanks for this tutorial!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge men!
You’re simply AWESOME!!!
Thank you for your tutorial pal! It saved me A LOT of time

Thank you, your explanations really helped me build my own dashboard!
Thank you so much. Was really helpful. Is there a way you can create a dashboard by days in a month instead of MTD. Filtering it individually by days in a week instead of per month.
Wonderful video. Really liked the clear instructions. Thank you
very helpful
Thumbs up for you!
Can’t believe this is a Free content. Feels illegal not to pay for the amount of info in this to tutorial.
An amazing video! I was curious though if the referral channel exceeds the row count shouldn't we use a scrolling chart before the pie chart?
yeah I think I understand the question... the pie chart would just show the top X number of categories and group the rest under "rest of categories"
scrolling chart... I think Gsheets released a scrollable table recently that does this
This was exactly what I needed and good presentation. Thank you SO much
This is great information, do you have a similar video on using google forms to gather the data into the sheet then create the dashboard from there?
Just in time. Thank you for sharing advanced course!
What a great video. It shows you put lot of thought and effort into it. Nice work and thanks!

I love this video and I need to do this with a very large set of data. Thank you!
Hi Michael i would love to purchase your template. But how do i get the template similar to the one you have made in this video's example? The purchase link is slightly different design wise.
I’d be interested in having a dashboard built for my business purposes. Do you offer that service?
Thanks a lot for your tutorials, it's really helpful! Appreciate the videos you upload!
Thanks a lot. Really helped me build a more comprehensive database with data entry and report dashboard. 😊
how can we create a dashboard for top clients as Order by P(selected data) applies to Clients only not to revenue?
Thank you man. Thank you.
kudos, this is great man.

@hustlesheets Hey I need a urgent help, built the dashboard, All good but filters are not working for viewers. Pl answer
Dunder Mifflin, haha nice 😄
So impressed, thank you!

Hello, could you help me?
I am placing the following formula =SPARKLINE(E31;{"charttype"\"bar";"color1"\"black";"max"\MAX(E$31:E)})

Thanks, this is helpful😇
Phenomenal! Thank you so much!
Great content!
Gr8 work.. to the point
Finally! a part 2. thank you so much 😊
Haha! Sorry it took so long
@@hustlesheets it’s okay! Its probably not easy
Why not using pivot table instead query formula?
hi Hustlesheets
I have a beginner question, I am trying to build an amazon dashboard and I want to create slicers of months \ years \ days
1 of the reports I am downloading from amazon has this date\time format Jan 1, 2023 2:42:12 AM PST
and some of the other reports have a month as a number 1,1, 2023
Do you have a tip for me on how to split the date and change the JAN to 1?
Thanks for ur great turtorial video, really helpful for me to learn basic dashboard. Hope to learn more from u :thumbsup
Thank you for this video, I messaged you on etsy and this really helped me out!
Awesome!
When deleting the month filter cell, I had some doubts; the result showed empty. How do I deal with this?
This is a slick way to use the program! I'm jotting down cool ideas to try.
How well does QuickBooks integrate with Google Sheets? I assume you have to use add-ons?
Have you ever created a dashboard for a trucking company?
Yes, I've actually had two trucking companies as clients
Hi @hustlesheets, can you tell me , if the sheet will update automatically with every new input of the sales sheet?
You said use "Option Enter" to separate off the clauses - is that on a MAC? What combination do you use on Windows?
Absolutely love your videos. I love numbers and analyzing data, however I have never been able to make it function in a way that I had a vision for. You've helped me understand a lot about Sheets, and I've even changed roles at my job because of an ability to present data that makes sense. THANK YOU

Hi, could you help me with this,
I have 4 columns with checkboxes "true or false values", and a columns with text,

Tell me please how you drag down tables so fast only with mouse? :)

Hi, sorry since this dashboard is powered by the QUERY formula, it only works in Google Sheets :/
for the repetitive formulas, instead of dragging it the whole way down, i think we can replace it with an arrayformula?
anyhow this is the best vid tutorial
Arrayformula is good but can be an issue if you want to sort using the filter
Upload more at advance Google sheet dashboard
I have a question, is there a way we can grab data input by a user on a dashboard?
This is wonderful! THANK YOU!
I dunno if anyone saw the pun made here for the sheets. =)
"Dunder Mifflin Scranton"
Thanks Michael
Love
thank you very VERY much
can I use it in Excel? or only in G-sheet?
thanks really good job
Is it possible to have multiple sheets as reference for the drop downs? TIA
doesn't work on my sample. How can i fix this?
