Thanks so much for these links rounds. Years ago in June, 1999, my son and I played at Gullane and North Berwick in the highest winds ever recorded in East Lothian, Scotland - sustained winds in excess of 60 miles an hour! We laughed and fell in love with real golf. The Gullane caddy (a 2 handicap as a member there) thought we were crazy to be out there, then said “Links golf is true golf, where it is a game against the wind on a course God made of the natural landscape.” Your laughter and wonder at the beauty has brought back the memories and the love for a game we do not know in the US.
Loved Dan’s backstop usage call -executing it perfectly and slotting the birdie putt! Great work granDan and awesome to see Coach playing some premium golf
"Anyone had a birdie yet?"......" Stick with me and you will get some luck" ....just to start. Quality banter, he said with the ironic smile, whilst watching 4 mates playing one of the best links in the world. Yep, enjoyed this
That course literally got better with every hole! Must have been wonderful to play. Also thanks for the shoutout on the Live chat yesterday! Very cool! Enjoy your trip!
I don't think it's an arrogant thing to say that only the UK and Ireland do links to this standard. And there are dozens of hidden gems as well as the world renowned courses to play on this very special little island👍
Coach has cracked the code all he has to do is his little jig before every round. works like a charm👌 This course just gets more spectacular with each hole. Thanks for this one guys really cool. Cheers from NorCal
Quality play, banter, camera work, and positive spirit of the game (all of our heads come off occasionally). Army thrilled to have its general back. Rory pulled off several shots any handicap player would love. Mark and Dan driving the envy of us poor mortals
As amazing as Tralee is (and a testament to the underrated design skills of Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay), would put it 3rd in the neighborhood. Lahinch and Ballybunion, tougher still yet every bit as scenic and memorable experience. Dooks, Adare Manor, and Killarney Fish and Golf's Lake Course not far behind. As good an area for golf as St Andrews, Monterrey Peninsula , IMHO
@@patrickcody6995 True. I was thinking as the crow flies, not the 90 degree dogleg left one has to drive through Limerick. Still, under 100 miles is close by American’s warped standards
Lovely lovelies...I seriously thought that Ray was gonna fall right over after hitting from that slope! 😂😆🤣... But seriously...no trees no problem for Lockey there... kind of like Iceland!!! #linksassassin #lockeyarmy
Brilliantly played coach. Especially considering the debacle that was the round before lol. What a way to bounce back and lead the army to victory! #lockeyarmy
Good to see coach working through his swing change. It would have been easy to give up and go back to what he was doing but instead kept pushing through and his misses are much improved with this swing! Congrats coach and sorry parfield!
"I love it when a plan comes together". Ahh, sneaky Dan. Picked Coach exactly on the right day and is best friends with the slope behind the 14th green. That makes him... An artist?
Awesome vid as per. I think it’d be a great idea to have a lil animation at the start of each of the shot hole bc it’s proving to be hard to track and announce mid round. Could be funny like the find my proV1x etc. Something like Ray poking his head out to announce shot hole could work well😂 Awesome work tho!!
Our muni courses have a label on the rake saying "leave in bunker". I've wondered in this is a local course rule or is a general rule? I think you shouldn't be punished by a rake outside the bunker so I think I'd prefer having the rake in the bunker.
Last round Coach can't find the planet; this round Mark's head explodes. What's the common denominator here??? Coincidence? Maybe...but if I were Dan i would be quite nervous going into the next comp!!! 😳
Mark Crossfield i am surprised the comments section kept there heads on 🙈😂. Would love to see a vlog with all of you in, showing how differently each of you approach a course like this different shots/thought processes/club selections 👍🏻
Mark crossfield your a quality coach love your vids all day long! But there is a guy Robin Mathew Williams I think his rather jealous of you not sure why though?
Would help if "Muppet" golfers woul put the rake in the middle of the bunker in the direction of play as directed by RnA! This level of stupidity and "bifness" will only get worse with the 2020 handicap rules....!

this is the definition of a golf holiday. Thank you for the lovely views and brilliant Lockey magic. BTW I think Dan is the best addition to the crew.
Loved Dan’s backstop usage call -executing it perfectly and slotting the birdie putt! Great work granDan and awesome to see Coach playing some premium golf
The best vlog ever. Love Dans gentle comments
One of the best looking courses you’ve shown in ages and great to see coach back
With each new hole this course gets higher up anybodies must play list, spectacular!
What's up, Mark?!?! Much love, dude!!!
👍
Great tunes Ryan. 👌
Love seeing coach play so well
Great idea, perfect execution. Well done Dan 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾

'love it when a plan comes together'
Every hole is as spectacular as the previous one. Going to have to put this Tralee on my bucket list.
That course literally got better with every hole! Must have been wonderful to play. Also thanks for the shoutout on the Live chat yesterday! Very cool! Enjoy your trip!
What a beautiful course. I hope one day to play a course that beautiful. Great vlog, Thanks and hello from Canada!!!
Thanks from me in Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪
Stunning golf course. Jumped straight into top 5 must play courses. Goodness a birdie fest. Well played in those conditions.
I'm addicted to Lockey Irish Dance
Love it when Dan remembers the catchphrase From the A-Team..awesome shot Dan...

Coach wins...of course...never in doubt ...world is spinning normally. 👍👌👍
One of the most enjoyable vlogs yet and oh what a course.
please on more part, 1, because this is an amazing course 2, Coach Lockey
Quality play, banter, camera work, and positive spirit of the game (all of our heads come off occasionally). Army thrilled to have its general back. Rory pulled off several shots any handicap player would love. Mark and Dan driving the envy of us poor mortals
I love having Matt back. The world seems brighter for it. Welcome back Coach, long may it last!
Watching Crossfield flounder around is deja vu of the Americans at Ryder Cup!
You boys need to get down to Dorset Golf Resort to shoot one of these!
What an awesome course.
Thanks from me in Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪
absolutely gorgeous looking course, lockey is back, lockey is back, whooa, whooa.
A lot more laughter and appears overall enjoyment had by all when Matt plays well.
Great golf in difficult conditions! Thx for using the tripod; much steadier images than some recent vlogs.
Great shot Dan.
Best intro compilation yet?
Simply wonderful!
Looks like a must play course!!!
Brilliant.thats all that needs to be said
What a treat to see Cartoon Coach’s pins jumping up and down and it’s primarily because of him! 🤣👍🏻
I agree with Raymondo with the bunkers. Lovely shot rayus
Gorgeous!
Dan in off the cushion, lovely!
Top Course, Top Cast, Top Vid. Thanks again.
Loved this series of course vlogs, not sure how Ray sinks any putts with his alignment though!
Nice one Lockey, great 2!

I mean, lahinch isn’t really in the neighbourhood as it’s about a 2.5 hour drive

@@josephgreenberg2063 fair enough, Ireland’s roads go everywhere but straight
What a shot Dan!
Love #coachlockey playing lovely
It seems like Rays and Coaches form has an inverse relationship. I think the universe doesn’t want them playing well at the same time haha
yep, top 5 course must play
Welcome back Coach. A great looking track and tuff but that's not a chasm. Tasman Golf Course The Chasm.
I need to play this course before i die
Im from Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪 you are welcome
Sounds like a win for the Army!
Well played Lockey! Never in doubt. The Army can relax for a while now.

Can you change the matts cartoon so that when down in a match you just see him helicopter his club or just see him chipping in the background? 😂
How did that stay out?
Top shelf boys
Man this place looks epic...

Oh no, the dreaded short video. Unlikely Mark!
👍
You guys should've had some champagne on that last hole. It looked like the end scene from *Waking Ned Devine.*

is lockey back?
gorgeous...
As soon as the depth of that ravine was mentioned I knew Ray was going to end up in it.
Maybe locket just needs 10 pints of Guinness before he can play ball
and to think these vlogs were only 24 hours apart! #coachwasnevergone !#golf ! must be the blackcurrant
Next up Avengers Assemble on links. Mark as Iron Man, Dan as Dr Banner, Rory as Thor (the hair) and Coach as Cap'. Do it. 👍👍👍
Last round Coach can't find the planet; this round Mark's head explodes. What's the common denominator here??? Coincidence? Maybe...but if I were Dan i would be quite nervous going into the next comp!!! 😳
Raymundo!
Get down !!!
Ray needs a picture of a mountain goat on his his sleeves!!
24:55 of grinning.
Need a drone to get the elevated shots...lol

Shot locks. Stop it...... stop it bruhhh this course is ridiculous looks incredible from every angle. Good to see marks head has been re-secured. 👍🏻👍🏻

say it again that course simply looks stunning and I might not care if I played S**** lol
Dan played one!
#LovelyBoy #LovelySmile
Ever notice that when you stop caring on a hole; that's when you make the best shots? #Golf
Fab
Is the GTNAG a thing of the past then? Guess I'll know tomorrow...........
Just wow
What a course.
I reckon a 6 or 7 handicapper at this course would be scratch at most courses
Mark crossfield your a quality coach love your vids all day long! But there is a guy Robin Mathew Williams I think his rather jealous of you not sure why though?
Victory for the Army.
Is anyone feeling a bit sorry for Ray? I think he was enjoying not being the worst player. 😂
I can imagine the outcome if I played that course, total disaster or "I don't want to talk about it".
Daaaaan
Bitter Ray !!!
