@ Yeah it’s a little late, but things have gone well. My advice to better track improvement is to have a reflection journal. I basically tracked my moods and highlights since September, and out of everything I feel more situated and calm in most scenarios. The highest virtue (in my opinion) is curiosity to learn more. Read something every month, reflect and let your mind loose! I’m excited for the New Year, have a nice one!
I like this new format of adding a quick summary of all covered in the video. These are deep concepts that require true contemplation, so to solidify them with a recap is great. Stay Great. ✊🏾

This shows us that most people prefer to be slaves to some mental garbage than to make a continuous effort of self-control and inner self-contemplation. You misunderstood so so much... You're blending together anything and everything you can to try to form a grand unifying principle and in doing so, you're taking things out of their proper context, blurring lines and ignoring and disrespecting the actual meaning of each concept you try to take for your own. Greeks knew NOTHING of Tao. It isn't described. No parallel even exists on Greek philosophy outside of vague abstractions like "the unknown". Which isn't the same. And means nothing essentially.
