Were you too young to have read the newspapers, worldwide, at the time when that dad ( then Prince Charles) had virtually abandoned his much younger wife, William’s mum, Diana, to meet Camilla Parker Bowles in friends’ huge castles and mansions, all supposedly in secret - even taking holidays in Scotland and Italy with his married mistress? Such a great dad - to have broken up William and Harry’s childhood home and immediate family, purely to satisfy his own selfish interests!
And, let’s not forget - had Charles and Camilla chosen to focus on their own marriages and children, Diana would never have been in that Parisian tunnel, her car being chased by Paparazzi, at high speed until it crashed…!
Diana had never wanted to divorce - but the late Queen Elizabeth demanded that it went ahead - after William’s ‘great dad’ told his parents that ‘Camilla was non-negotiable’…😳!
If only our late Queen and her husband, Prince Phillip, had forced Charles to choose - his married mistress or his role as the future King ( and had the Church of England insisted upon the same) then, perhaps, Charles would have stopped cheating on his wife and family, chosen the Monarchy - and sent the ruthless, shameless, Camilla back home to look after her own children and to remain with her own husband ( she was supposed to have married as a Catholic - so, supposedly, no divorce, ever…)!
Charles and Camilla, through their shockingly treacherous behaviour towards both Diana and the British people, have made sure that the children of both William
and Harry ( Diana’s grandchildren) can never meet their fathers’ adoring mother - and what an incredibly loving grandmother Diana would have been! Instead, Camilla has Diana’s royal crown on her own head and has grabbed the role of ‘step-grandmother’ for herself! The sad reality is that there will always be sufficient ‘Royalist’ sycophants around to applaud her just because of the title and status she’s stolen from Diana - but there are also enough of us who remember how much Diana loved her two sons - and how sad and disappointed she was at Charles’ frequent absences and lack of interest he displayed towards his young sons’ need for his love, presence and involvement!
Read the book ‘Diana, My Story!’ That account was endorsed by Diana and contained her own words, told directly to its author. You’ll be horrified at the duplicity and total disregard for honesty and decent behaviour as displayed by Charles and Camilla - before, during and after his marriage to Diana! Definitely not a ‘great dad’ in the view of anyone with integrity and ethical values…!

You seem to have conveniently forgotten about Diana admitting she was the FIRST one to have an affair during her marriage to Charles? She definitely was no saint and just remember how she was gallivanting around with her latest boyfriend in Paris rather than see her two boys!!
