I think that gave a little extra body weight going up. Sana also was bending her body outward when she reached her highest to get a little extra height.
Knowing how to control your weight, or balance point, is important in the Swing challenge, but what I think counts most is mental strength. When you're going forward it's easy for you to push your body forward because it's exciting, the problem is when you're going backwards and see the ground, your instinct is to preserve yourself and contract your body this makes you lose the momentum you gained when you went forward
If I woke up now from a coma and someone told me that these Twice girls were angels, I would believe them. I smiled and had fun from start to finish, and in the end I wish it didn't end lol
