There is an unregistered piece land with a very old broken bungalow with trees growing out from it in my local area. There is a lodge right opposite on the other side of the property (someone lives in the lodge). The property is unregistered on land registery and it is not registered on land charges. Do you think I should try to take possession of the land ? Whom should I consult about who the owner is ? Because it is not registered anywhere. Also, any tips about taking adverse possession ?
